There was, a shocking case of SEXUAL bullying that occurred, in a certain preschool in Sanxia, a three-year-old young girl when she got home, and was being bathed, her mother found blood coming out of her pubic area, that her pubic area had been, injured, and as the mother pressed the daughter, the child finally told, “Someone poked me where I peed!”, what was more outrageous was, that the classroom surveillance showed how the young girl was, forced to the edges of a desk by a boy who kept, rubbing himself up against her body, while the teacher was, right next to all of this happening, sliding on her cell phone, the parents of the young girl had reported the matter to the police and the department of education, and, both are currently, investigating the matter now.
Based off of what was found out, the young girl had been long-time bullied by the boy in her class, beaten up often, and the boy got worse, started, poking, scratching her in her pubic area, causing her to bleed, and that, was when the parents of this young girl learned, about what’d happened to their young daughter in school. They’d, gone to the police. The head of the Social Services in Hsinbei, Hsu told, that they’d already, accompanied the young girl and her family in June to the police.
And, because the matter involved children under age of twelve, the Women and Children specialist task force had been, involved.
The Hsinbei Department of Education told, as they’d received the report of the young girl getting poked to bleeding, they’d sent the officials to the daycare to evaluate, and they’d found that there are, too many children per class, that it was, a violation. And the Department of Education had made demands to the school, to change, and will reevaluate the school in the future shortly. And because this case involved sexual bullying, they’d, turned the case over to the Social Services.

On the afternoon of June 10th, the young girl went to the teacher suddenly and told her, “I started bleeding down there”, the teacher was shocked, immediately, started inquiring her on what happened, and the child only told the teacher, that she’d, “itched down there”, and not mentioned she was, scratched by someone to injury. The school had immediately, taken a photo of the young child’s, stained underwear to send it to the parents, and reminded the parents, to take their young to get examined at the hospital. And the parents told the teacher on the phone, that they’d found the injury on the previous night as the child was, getting bathed, and they’d not made, any more inquiries.
But, on the morning of the eleventh, the parents took the girl for a day’s leave, and, by noon, the parents had, led the police to the school, and stated that their young was raped by a boy in the class, that she’d been, bullied, to this the school stated that they weren’t negligent. They’d, turned over the surveillance footages to the police, which captured the young girl scratching herself repeatedly, and nothing on how someone, poked her.
The school stressed that there wasn’t any incident of bullying that’s happened, or instances of sexual assault, that the teacher of the young girl had been more than devoted in teaching her class, that parents had nothing but good things to say about her.
The Department of Education stated, as they’d received the report from the Sexual Violence Prevention Center on the matter toward the end of June, and they’re, investigating the matter, and if the school was found, to not have handled things right, the school will get fined for $75,000N.T. at the most.

And also, the investigation conducted by the Department of Education also found, that the teacher-to-student ratio had, exceeded the maximum, and that the classes were, mix-aged, along with, other violations too, and they’re, issuing a warning, and fining the school, and will check back later, if the conditions are, improved or not.
So, the school is, in violation, for the student-to-teacher ratio, and other things, and the school needs to be held responsible, as well as the teacher of the class too, for what had, happened to this young girl, and even if abuse didn’t actually occur, at the least, there’s, NEGLECT, and the school need to get fined, heavily for it!
