The environmental department in Kaohsiung for two continuous days had fished up the bags with the chopped up bodies inside, one of the bags contained two human calves, a dumbbell, the other bag contained what seemed to be the upper torso, and because the body had soaked in water too long and begun to rot, the police couldn’t tell the sex of the victim, the age, the identification of the body, the D.A.’s office and the police set up a specialty task force, and investigated this case as a dismemberment, murder case, and they suspected, that there are other scattered parts elsewhere, waiting to be discovered.
The police found, that two identical gym bags, the size of general travel bags, suspected that a whole body couldn’t fit into them, and inside the bag where the calves were found, there were dumbbells inside, which clearly suggested that it was a murder and dump, the perpetrator had intended to destroy the body, the police believed, that there are other bags of the dismembered body parts somewhere in the river undiscovered.
The police found, that the locations where the two bags were found were no more than a hundred meters apart, they’d suspected, that the bags were dumped anywhere from the heart of the Love River and Chien-Guo Third Road, they’d started reviewing over the street traffic surveillance cameras, to find if there are suspicious persons, and compared with the missing persons’ database, they had yet to identify the victim.
The members of the cleaning crew were fishing up the trash on the river two days ago at nine in the morn, they’d found a black travel bag afloat, as they’d fished it up, they thought it was abandoned junk, they’d lifted to the recycle station under the bridge; at around nine in the morn yesterday, they’d found another identical bag near the location where that first bag was discovered, the crew members got curious and opened up the bag, then, the scent of rotting body came, and the workers were shocked to discover a human calf inside, they’d immediately notified the police.
The police rushed over, and found that the bags were wet, and stained with blood, the two calves were pale in complexion, but because the bags had been soaked up in water for long, and the weather was too hat, it’d affected the rate of decomposition, the preliminary results believed that the individual had been dead at least three days, but the precise time of death still needed the full autopsy to verify.
The police and district attorneys unzipped the bag yesterday, and they plan to conduct a full autopsy, to verify the DNA, and to find out how exactly the parts were placed originally.
The cleaning crew had fished up the bottles, the branches, the plastic bags, an dead fishes mostly, and they’d come across the dead bodies from time to time, the workers all gave back to the community in their own ways, the workers said, “this is helping those who had died”, but for the two days continually, they’d, fished out the bags with the bodies, that was first, they’d all felt thrilled, and they all needed to get “an exorcism at the local temples”.
And so, someone’s been, murdered, THEN dismembered, that’s what we know here, but, who, and when it’d happened is still being investigated, and this still just showed, of how life is so carelessly, tossed away, how someone is murdered, chopped up in pieces, then, dumped like TRASH into the rivers!
