A middle school dropout, Chen, on the late evenings of the 20th of this month, asked a teenager, Lin out with Chou, and other men, they’d ganged up on Lin, forcibly driven him to a distant place in the mountains, took up a wrench and beaten the victim’s head, as Lin went home, he’d started vomiting, run a high fever, fallen into a comatose, was rushed to the hospital, and, the doctors tried to save him but he was declared DEAD two days ago at noon, the police arrested Chen, Chou, and five others yesterday, charged them all with murder, the district attorney’s office are waiting for the autopsy results to come out on the 29th, to find out the precise cause of death.
The police and D.A. investigated, the adolescent, Lin (age 14) dropped out of school after his second year of middle school, started hanging out with another middle school dropout, Chen (age 17), and Chou (age 21) who resides in Yingge, Hsinbei City, and started dating the seventeen-year-old, Lo; Lin and Lo are acquaintances of Chen and Chou, and others in the group.
Chen was displeased at how after Lin got into a brawl, and gave his name up, he, Chou, and five others asked Lin out to the Yingge Porcelain Riverside Park, Lin and his girlfriend, Lo, and three other adolescents, a total of five people met up, Chen grilled him on why he’d given up his name, Lin denied the accusations, they disagreed, that was when Chen, Chou, and his gang of seven others started beating Lin up, while Lo, and three other adolescents tried talking them out of it, an adolescent was injured as a bystander.
Chen and his cohort drove Lin to a distant place, then, he’d used a wrench, beaten Lin’s head, with his cohorts, beating him up barehand, later, Lin’s girlfriend, Lo gave him a ride home, he’d felt ill, the following evening, he ran a high fever, felt dizzy, started vomiting, fell into a coma, the families rushed him to the hospital, and he was transferred to the Changgang Hospital in Linkou to resuscitate and was declared dead by yesterday noon.
The hospital notified the police on how the adolescent’s ears and right side of his face had bruises, that the cause of death was from external forces, after the police chased the leads, they’d arrested Chen, Chou, and five others in Guishan, Yingge, as Chen was taken in, he’d told the police, that he’d only wanted, to teach Lin a lesson, that he’d not intended to kill him.
After the police interrogations, they charged Chen, Chou, and five others who were involved with murder, sent them to the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office, the district attorneys led the coroners in the autopsy of Lin, and the preliminary found that the cause of death was being beaten brutally, and in order to confirm that cause of death, they’d scheduled the autopsy on the 29th to clarify the precise cause of death.
And so, this is still HOW easily they resort to violence, because these teens are too hotheaded, their prefrontal cortex hadn’t developed fully, which meant that they LACKED impulse control, and, their teenage hormones were raging, and all of that added up to, murder, in this particular case!
