Invasion of privacy, and you’re a JUDGE too!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Female Judge from Taoyuan District Court Accused the Male Judge, Tsai with Whom She Shared the Same Office for Secretly Photographing Her Private Conversation with Someone on Her Office Computer, Sued Him for Obstruction of Secrets, the Taoyuan D.A.’s Office was Led by the Manager D.A., Leading the Officers to Tsai’s Office to Gather all the Related Evidence, Confiscated His Cell Phone, as Well as the Hard Drive, and Called Tsai to Question as a Defendant, and After They Interrogated Him, They’d Sent Him Home.

The news of the judge’s office being searched by the D.A.’s office was shocking, because obstruction of secret is a light felony punishable for three years in prison, the Taoyuan District Court signed off on the search warrant for the district attorney’s office, many members of the justice department started talking, suspected that there’s something awful that’s happened in the secret footages, that there may be something that the courts are covering up from the workers.

Yesterday morn, the Taoyuan D.A.’s office conducted the search in a lowkey manner, but a lot of the workers saw them conduct the search, as the news got out, everybody started talking, discussing the motives of why Tsai had secretly taped Tseng’s private conversations with someone.  The judges of the Taoyuan court systems all had their guesses, some believed that they hadn’t gotten along for a very long time, or that they were involved with each other, and broke up on a bad note, but none of these theories had been, confirmed.

Based off of understanding, the male judge Tsai, is married with children, he’d started working less than ten years ago, he was Tseng’s older schoolmate, although they shared an office, they worked in separate courtrooms, awhile ago, Tseng found that someone had moved her work computer, as she’d collected the evidence herself, she’d told the local courts, and, the courts respected Tseng’s decisions of Tseng going to the D.A.’s Office, to SUE Tsai for obstruction of secrets.

The Taoyuan D.A.’s Office pointed out, that they’d accepted the investigation of Tseng accusing Tsai of secretly filming, recording her private messages with someone online, that he’d broken the law on privacy, in order to secure the evidence, there’s a need to take his electronics into evidence, the cell phone, the laptop was taken into custody, at the same time, they’d subpoenaed Tsai, and after four hours of interrogations, they’d sent him back.

The local courts stated, that the case has nothing to do with work, that the court system will comply with the investigation requests, the courts signed off on the search warrant from the D.A.’s office, after letting the head of the courts, Chiu know about the matter, they’d searched Tsai’s office for the related equipment, the investigation of review of the files is set for next Monday, they’d adjusted the offices of the court judges, to ensure that others uninvolved won’t be affected by the investigations.

The attorney, Lin pointed out, that the D.A’s conducting the search of the judge’s office is to ensure the evidence stays intact, and it has NOTHING to do with the severity of the crime, both the defendant and the plaintiff in this case are judges, in keeping the investigation private, the case will be reviewed very carefully.

And so, there must be something that this male judge is trying to do, because why on EARTH, would you want to keep a record of a fellow female judge’s private conversations with someone else?  Maybe, the man is trying to have this leverage over this female judge in the future in a case, who knows?  And this is still an invasion of someone’s PRIVACY, and this JUDGE should’ve known better, but he didn’t!
