The Female Associate Professor Sexually Harassed a Male Student, Had Her Teaching Contract Terminated

A certain associate professor from a public university, Wu asked a male student to go see a performance, but, before the show started, she took him to a motel, took her clothes off, and asked him to get into the tub with her, to massage her.  The Gender Equality Committee of the university believed that Wu had, sexually harassed the male student, after the discussion in the gender equality board, they’d decided to terminate the contract of teaching instantly, and, she is not to work for the school for two whole years.  Wu filed a suit with the Department of Education, which got tossed back, she’d filed an executive suit, the High Executive Courts of Taipei believed that the school didn’t mishandle the matter, Wu had lost the case.  The case can still be appealed.

The verdict pointed out, that thee assistant dance professor had her contract started on August 1^st, 2017, for a year, on December of the same year, the school received a complaint from a male student, claimed he’d been sexually harassed by the woman, after the investigations from the school, they’d found that Wu “took the student to the motel to share a bath with him”, it’d caused negative effects on the student’s dignity and right to learn, believed that she had, sexually harassed the male student.

The board decided on June of 2018, that Wu’s behaviors constituted as sexual harassment, even though it wasn’t severe enough, but it was enough to damage her ethics as a professor, and terminated her teaching contract, considering how the  student is still in the school, that Wu had no priors in the matter related to this, that her behaviors wasn’t, severe enough, they’d, terminated her teaching contract, and, that she was to not get hired by the school again for two years.  And, around the same time, the school gave her her deserved executive punishment.

Wu was displeased, stated that if the sexual harassment wasn’t serious enough, then, the firing from her teaching status wouldn’t be just, that she had, asked her student to the motel to take a bath together, she’d not forced him against his will, that the board had used speculations, believed that the student was effected by her negatively, that the school didn’t have any proof, and that it’d, fired her for sexual harassment.

The school’s gender equality board after its investigations, believed that there were, the “sexual” statements from Wu, that it’d, caused the student to feel uncomfortable, damaged his dignity, and his right to learn, that it’d met the definition of what constituted as “sexual harassment”, and the teaching assessment board based off of the facts confirmed, and, gave out the matching punishment.

The courts believed, that the student had agreed to see the show with his professor, that was why he’d, gone out with her alone, that Wu didn’t go according to the plans, and, took the male student to a motel, then, took her clothes off in front of him, and bathed, and asked the male student to get into the tub with her, to massage her, to have physical bodily contact, that her words, and her behaviors, were sexual.

The courts believed that the investigation conducted by the gender equality board wasn’t flawed, that Wu’s behaviors constitutes as sexual harassment, that the school’s reprimands weren’t unlawful, or overboard, that the courts respected the decision made by the school, that Wu’s claims were, unjustified.

And so, after you were caught, you’d, tried to weasel, and yet, all the facts pointed to how you were using your status of power, to get your male student to do what you wanted him to, and this constitutes as sexual harassment, and this still also showed, that these sorts of shit happens to both genders, not women are victims, men can also become victimized here too!
