The Three Officers Who Caused Floyd to Die Charged as Accessories to Murder, the One with the Harshest Sentence Received FIFTY Years

The verdicts are, in, is this justice served?  Not really, but it’s, as good as it gets, isn’t it???  Off of the Front Page Sections, on the recently murder of Mr. Floyd, by the police officers in Minnesota, translated…

The former officers, Chauvin, Lane, Kueng, Thao, were all charged with aiding and abetting second degree murder and aiding and abetting second degree manslaughter, with the maximum sentence of fifty years, and the judge announced the next day of the trial being the twenty-nineth of this month.

Ryan, and three other former officers appeared in court in the orange felony clothes, the judge, set the bails for all three men at one million U.S., with the specific rules fulfilled, the bail can be reduced to $750,000U.S.; but the plaintiffs needed to turn in their guns, and were prohibited to contact the victim, Floyd’s families, and other rules.

The state attorney general, Ellison charged the former officers with aiding and abetting second degree murder, and aiding and abetting second degree manslaughter.

Based off of the laws in Minnesota, the charges for the three former officers are equivalent to Chauvin’s “Second Degree Murder”, and once convicted, they will all be serving the maximum sentence of forty years, as for the other “Second-degree manslaughter” and “aiding and abetting second degree murder” both carried a ten year prison term max.

The indictment stated, that Ryan had asked Chauvin, if they should turn Floyd around, and questioned his mental state, but Ryan never took actions to help Floyd, nor changed his position, and still used just as much force on Floyd as he’d done.

The indictment pointed out, during the incident, Kueng was between Ryan and Chauvin, he could hear the conversations clearly between the two, but didn’t take actions to help Floyd; but, Keung’s attorney stated, that Kueng told the other officers, “You can’t do that!”

The indictment stated, Tao Thao who was standing by, at first, took out the elastic suspenders for his fellow officers to use, but the officers decided not to use them, instead, they continued using their knees, to subdue Floyd.

And the key witness, Hall, who was a long-time friend to Floyd was in the passenger side of the car when it’d happened, he’d testified, that Floyd never resisted arrest; he’d also mentioned, that Floyd pleaded with the officers.  He’d described the few minutes before his friend died, stated, “I will NEVER forget the fear on his face”.

And so, this was, what happened, and, fifty years is still too lenient, these officers should get life in prison, with NO chance of parole, because they’d, brutally murdered a man, and they didn’t have to be so brutal in their ways of treating Mr. Floyd, but they had, and, because the officer who didn’t do anything to stop his fellow coworkers just stood by and watched them brutalized Floyd, he too, became an accomplice, even though he did NOT, actively, participated in the abuse and torture, and MURDER of this, African American man.
