The director of the cram school in Tainan, Fang used the “excuse” of “I’ll marry you once you turn eighteen”, to coax a middle school aged girl to date him, and in the two years, he took the girl to the basement of the cram school or in the hotel rooms, had sex with her 259 times, later, the man paid $1.3 million N.T. to settle the matter with the adolescent’s families, the Highest Court found Fang guilty of obstruction of sexual freedom, sentenced him to eight and a half years, which he HAS to serve out the time.
The verdict pointed out, that from fifth grade to her last year in middle school, the female student went to cram school in Fang’s cram school, Fang taught math, physical science, and English; in January of 2014, Fang told the female student, that when she turns eighteen, he will marry her, the girl believed him, and agreed to date him.
Fang, who already has two daughters with his own wife used the weeknights or the Saturday extra sessions, took advantage of the time the female student went to class, to have sex with her in the room on the third-floor or in the basement, for three to four times a week; the first trial found that Fang and the female student had sex a total of 285 times, he was sentenced to nine years six months. As Fang appealed, the second trial, his attorney claimed that during the New Years and the summer vacations, and as he’d gone out with his families, he’d not met up with the female student, and he couldn’t have had sex with her then; the High Subsidiary Courts of Tainan believed, that Fang had had sex with the female student a total of 259 times.
The verdict pointed out, that Fang was already twenty-eight years old when he had sex with the female student, that as her teacher in cram school long-term, he’d, taught her for long, gained her trust, but took advantage of how she longed for love, how she’d, trusted him, had had sex with her multiple times, it’d, severely, impacted her development both physical and psychological, that his behaviors were, malicious.
And, after the female student went to high school, she’d not wanted to keep going with Fang, Fang refused to let go, lied to her mother, her older sister, that she made some bad friends at school, that she’d started, behaving badly, which the mother took to be true, and, Fang used his status of being a teacher, “showing cares to his student”, wanted her mother to “hand her over” to him to counsel, which blocked off the female student from getting the help she’d needed.
As the mother learned of what Fang did, she’d, regretted how she’d not pulled her daughter out of it all when she could have been helpful to her own young.
And this, is what happens, the adults never trust what children are telling them, because, the adults knew better, because of the mindset of, “We’re bigger, we know better”, but you don’t, and this, is clearly, an ABUSE of power, this LOSER took advantage of this young lady, and she was, way too young, way too naïve, not to mention, STUPID, and, this LOSER just kept taking advantage, and when the student refused to continue to go out with this man again, he’d passed the rumors around about her, and the mother, pushed this daughter into the arms of this, predatory teacher, causing this young woman, to suffer, even longer!
