An eighty-six-year-old elderly man, Chang yesterday morning drove out on his five million dollar N.T. Mercedes, drove into the Xinyi District, and rammed into two scooters, two cars, and this crash also, impacted, FIVE other parked cars at a nearby parking lot, the headlights on the Mercedes almost completely, smashed up, three people were taken to the hospital, including the elderly man himself, and two other motorists, the police reviewed over the street traffic cameras, and it was the driver, running a red light, that’s caused this, crash of all these cars.
Based off of understanding, at around eleven yesterday morn, the elderly, Chang drove his silver gray Mercedes S400 northbound to Songji Road, he’d, rammed into the two scooters who are waiting ahead for the lights to change, then, into two cars, and, rammed onto the sidewalks, into the parking lot next to the road, had fender benders with five parked cars, there was a Nissan pickup truck that was, bent out of shape, the motorists, the drivers, as well as the pedestrians who bore witness to this, were all, stunned.

The crash caused two motorists injured, the forty-eight year-old Yeh sustained an external head injury, the 27-year-old Cheng sustained abrasions on his arms, while the elderly didn’t seem to have a physical scratch on him, all three were conscious, and were all okay after being taken to the hospital.
The local officer from the traffic squad rushed to the hospital, to find out what happened, the elderly told them he didn’t know why he rammed into the cars, the police reviewed over the traffic cameras, found that the lights turned red, and the elderly didn’t slow down or stop, that he’d, crashed into the two scooters waiting for the lights to change, then, the two cars that were driving across the streets on their green light signals, but the two injured motorists aren’t pressing any charges for now.
The car driven by the elderly, the Mercedes S400 cost about five million dollars, it’s a topnotch sedan, and now, the front is completely smashed up, the estimated cost of repair will be over a million dollars.

Because you didn’t see the light turned red, you’d, RUN it, which was what cause this, crash of damages of, multiple cars, and, people getting injured, and this still goes to see, how the elderly population should NOT be driving, because as we grow older, our reaction time slows down, and sometimes, we mistakenly press down on the gas pedal, when we want to brake, because it HAPPENS!
