The Conspiracy of Murdering His Own Father with His Mother, then Icing His Own Father’s Body, the Suspect Was Sentenced to Eighteen Years Two Months

The Man, Ting in Kaohsiung was Displeased at How His Father Was Abusive & Squandered Away Their Thirty Million Dollars N.T. Worth of Inheritances, He’d Conspired with His Mother, Hong, to Hire Someone to Murder Him, then, After the Murder, He’d, Placed His Father’s Body in the Ice Bins, to Mask Up the Smell; the Highest Courts Yesterday Sentenced Ting for Murdering His Next-of-Kin to Eighteen-Years Two Months, and Stripped Him of His Government Post for Seven Years; the Mother, Hong Charged with Murder, Sentenced to Eight Years, and She Has to Serve the Time.

The man, Tsai who was hired by Ting to murder received thirteen years, and he was stripped of his government post for six years, Kao, fifteen years, stripped of his government post for seven years.

The verdict pointed out, that Ting spent up the $30 million N.T.s worth of inheritance, and had been abusive toward his own wife, the members of his families long term, it’d caused Ting and Hong to feel upset, Hong was the one who’d suggested the murder, and, Ting found Tsai and Kao, to kill his own father, and, they were both promised $150,000N.T. each after it was done.

In June of 2018, Ting, Tsai, and Kao while Ting was asleep, took a wet towel and the pillows, attempted to smother Ting to death, then, used the cubs, beaten Ting, but as the son saw that their plans failed, he’d told Tsai to use a machete instead, and, as Tsai stabbed Ting, he’d felt afraid, left the murder weapon on the bed, ran to the door, to act as a lookout.

In Ting’s urging, Kao picked up the machete, and, hacked Ting on the neck twice, causing Ting’s right carotid to sever, he’d bled out, and died; this happened in the heat of summer, several days later, the body rotted, and Ting used the quilt, the ropes, to tie up his father’s body, then, moved the body with Tsai and Kao, to the ice bins.

A little over three months later, as the police came to inquire the whereabouts of Ting, they saw Hong act suspicious, and opened up the ice bins, then found Ting’s body, that was how the case got out into the open; Ting and his three accomplices admitted to murder, claimed that he couldn’t take the abuse from Ting anymore, and that in just four years, his father had, squandered away all the inheritances, that’s what sparked the thought of murder in him.

The High Subsidiary Courts believed, that Ting didn’t live with his father before the murder, that he’d not been physically abused by him personally, but still, hired the people to murder his own father, that he’d, severely, broken the laws, that there should be, a very harsh punishment for his crimes, the Highest Courts tossed back his appeal, case closed.

So, this man got his father, for the sake of his own mother, and, he wasn’t living in the abusive environment, but he’d, hired someone, to murder his own father, and that’s, just wrong, I mean, it’s, understandable if this man was abused long-term by his own father, that he’d, finally, CRACKED, but this wasn’t the case here!
