A teenage girl, Chu, tow years ago entered into the scam rings as a driver, she’d, met up with a man, Liu, to collect the two million dollars N.T. he was scammed for, handed it off to her accomplice, and received $60,000N.T. pay-off from it, she was caught by the police, the second trial gave this teenage girl a year four months on fraud. The victim, Liu sought out payment from the adolescent’s father seeing how she was still underage when she’d scammed him, the Taichung High Subsidiary Courts mandated, that Chu’s father needed to pay for the damages his daughter caused, mandated that Chu pay Liu two million dollars N.T.
The investigation found, that Chu the adolescent, followed the orders from the top, went to get the ATM information or the cash from the victims, or, make the withdraws from unspecified individuals, then wired the amounts into the accounts specified by the scam ring, and she’d, received, three-percent of the total payoff from each and every time she’d, made the deals.
The verdict stated, that Chu the adolescent, in the month of December during 2018, was introduced by a man, Huang, and started working as a driver under a man, nicknamed “Safe”, as the driver to receive the money from the scams, or to make the withdrawals from the victims’ accounts, and there were, other drivers who were a part of this ring, Wang, Chen, and more.
On April 8th, 2019, the ring scammed a man, Liu, with Liu, handing off the two million to the driver, Chu the adolescent girl, then, Chu had, handed off the amount to her accomplice. The adolescent was caught, and, Liu found that the adolescent was, underage, and that her father was her legal guardian, and went after the girl’s father for the repatriations.
The High Subsidiary Courts System’s Collectivist Court used the fact, that as Chu, the adolescent was convicted, her father, Chu was her legal guardian, based off of the laws, had the father pay for the two million N.T.’s that the victim asked for from the girl.
And so, this is how, you ended up, screwing your own father over, because he’s, your legal guardian, and because you’d, committed a serious crime, he’s the one, paying for you, and hopefully, that’ll, teach this, adolescent girl her lesson.
