This country had somehow, turned into, a HOTBED for fugitives, and that’s really bad! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Spanish man, Juan was sentenced for rape in Italy, he’d, escaped out of the borders of Italy, and arrived to Taiwan, and stayed here for six years to date, and his “rich dad” who was a physician working in Spain wired him the money for living, and, the Interpol had a red alert out on him, and the Criminal Investigations Unit here caught him, and he was deported out last month, this was the very first case of how our country had, helped Italy catch a criminal who’d escaped out.
Based off of the reports by the Italian law enforcement officials, Juan (age 35) worked in wholesales in Italy, he was accused of asking a female employee out in August of 2010, kidnapping her, and raping her, in November of the same year, an active arrest warrant was set for him, the courts in Italy found him guilty, sentenced him to six years two months in prison, but he’d not shown to serve out his time, instead, he’d escaped out of the country, in February of 2013, the Interpol received a call for a red alert on the man from Italy.
The second investigations team of the international branch of Interpol investigated, that in March of 2013, he came to Taiwan from South Korea on a tourist visa, stayed here for three months, then went to Palau, the following April, he’d received a student visa, entered into this country, and never left, since November of 2015, he’d been staying in Taiwan, without a valid visa.
The police in Italy received the tips, that Juan’s father, a physician in Spain had, wired money often to Taiwan, and came here to visit his son many times, two years ago, they went through the officers stationed in Thailand to trade off the tips, and asked for Taiwan’s help.
The interpol zoomed in on his rental residence, a mansion in Taoyuan, on February 21st of this year, they went to the location, feared that he’d attempted to fight, or to escape, and simply told him that his visa was, expired, then, transferred him to the immigration’s shelter in Taipei.
Based off of understanding, Juan worked as a disc jockey in a bar in Taoyuan, lived in the local buildings, and, called the people he met for parties in his apartment, got too loud, and affected his neighbors, the building manager asked him to move out, later, his father stopped sending him the money, that was why he’d moved into the mansion, and because he couldn’t pay the utilities, his electricity, water were, cut.
As he’d come to Taiwan, he’d rented a suite apartment in Taipei, because the charge wire of his electric scooter caught on fire, it’d, caused his neighbor to have smoke inhalation, he was sentenced to two months in prison, and could pay his way out of serving the time for negligence, and because he couldn’t pay the money, he was kept in the jails and transferred to the prison systems in Taipei to serve his time.
As his father learned, he’d paid for the fines via an attorney, he was only in prison for two weeks, and was released, and transferred to the shelter of the Yilan office of immigrations, the Interpol and the police department of Italy took him back to Italy he’d claimed that he loved Taiwan, that Italy was hit hard by MERS-CoV, that he’d not hoped to get, deported back.
Because of the outbreak, the flights were stopped from Italy, and Italy had France help them keep him in custody, then, extradite him back to Italy. The Criminal Investigations Department released him on the 24th of last month to the airport, where he took the flight on his own to France, and the French police took over from there.
And so, this, is going through the extreme measures to escape punishment, and, despite all his efforts, this mother !@#$ER (maxed out???) still got caught, and that still just showed, that no matter how you thought you may have, escaped punishment for your crimes, you will, end up, paying for it.
