Reason for murdering her own young, and, although the conditions were, understood, that still does NOT make it right, to MURDER your own young son! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
The woman, Wu gave birth prematurely to an infant male, the baby was born with congenital heart, lung conditions, and needed many surgeries and rehabilitations, after birth, Wu felt upset, and as her son started making a fuss when he was just eight months old, she’d broken his ribs, which ruptured his liver, and even though the infant was rushed to the hospital, he’d still, died; the district attorney prosecuted Wu on charges of assault causing death, but considering how she was having it hard, handling a newborn infant, they’d asked the courts to give her a fitting sentence.
Based off of the investigations of the police, as Wu gave birth last May to the infant male, because he was premature, he was diagnosed with conditions in his airway, lungs, heart and brains, and shortly after he was born, he had a bypass, and needed to be hospitalized and rehabilitated, when he was just six months, he was found to have laryngomalacia.
The woman needed to care for her ill infant boy, and needed to raise her own two-yar-old eldest son, she was depressed after birth.
The indictment pointed out, that at six in the morn on January 17th, when the infant male was crying, she’d picked up a long-shaped object, started hitting her own son on the head, thorax and abdomen, the infant suffered rib fractures, and hematoma in his liver, he was covered in bruises; about an hour later, as Wu was trying to feed some cold meds to her son, she’d found that the infant was limp, rushed her son into the E.R., but he’d died; the coroners conducted an autopsy of the infant, found there to be massive bleeding internally, that he’d sustained rib fractured, and verified it was murder.
Wu admitted to how her son was a premature birth, that he’d fallen ill a lot, that she’d beaten him as he started crying her husband begged on her behalf, that it was the postpartum depression that she was experiencing that’s caused her to kill their young; the diagnosis of the hospital stated, that the infant was born very prematurely, had illnesses of the airway, and coronary arteries, etc., etc., etc.
The district attorneys based off of the laws to protect children and adolescence, the adults intentionally harming, charged Wu with manslaughter, but considered how she was the infant’s mother, and was overcome with depression after birth, and had records of being treated at the hospital for her condition, and that the infant male had birth complications, that it wasn’t easy caring for him, asked the courts to take all of this into consideration, and give her a fitting sentence.
Just because your son was born prematurely, with the complications of conditions that still does NOT give you the right to abuse him to death, but considering how it wasn’t easy for you, to care for this sick baby all on your own, the district attorney indicted you, on a lesser charge, and that’s still, NOT justice, for the DEATH of this, baby boy.
