He’d Murdered His Neighbor, Execution Style, the Courts Waived the Death Penalty for Him

Let’s see, WHY and HOW, this MURDERER, got away, from getting, EXECUTED, for murder, shall we???  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

He was Displeased at How His Neighbor Had Destroyed the Fengshui of His Home, the Displease Accumulated, He’d, Turned Himself in After the Murder, and Shown Signs of Willing to Settle with the Victim’s Families

A man, Tsai suspected that the father of his neighbor didn’t set up the feng shui of his property well enough, causing his family to have a series of bad luck, and his neighbor had, cussed him out many times for no reasons at all, he’d held it all in, until everything finally, crumbled, he’d, shot his neighbor five times “execution style”, killing him, the Highest Courts found him guilty of murder yesterday, sentenced him to serve life.

On the civil front, the parents of the deceased demanded for the monetary payments in losing their son, the first trial considered that the parents are elderly, and had to bury their own son, and mandated that Tsai need to pay the family a total of $2.21 million N.T.’s in medical charges, funeral fees, along with for the emotional distress, and this is pending appeal right now.

Tsai, due to the problems in feng shui, had been accumulating his anger and displease with his neighbor whom he’d known since he was a child, and believed, that the neighbor stole away some of his second uncle’s business clients, he’d cussed the man and his families multiple times, and, didn’t have an affect on them at all, and, started carrying a grudge; on December 24^th, 2018, he was outside his own residence, smoking, and felt that his neighbor was, giving him a cold stare, he’d gone home, taken a gun, and SHOT into the neighbor’s back and thorax a total of five time, the neighbor was rushed into the E.R. but still died.

After he’d shot his neighbor, he escaped on a scooter, and, ten days later, he’d, used a public phone, and told the police that he was at his own residence, turned himself in; the courts believed, that Tsai owned his gun for over fourteen years, and it had, caused threats to the safety of the general public, besides, the measures he took to murdering his neighbor was cruel, using an execution-style way, shot him, that his actions will NOT be tolerated by this society, that he’d, severely, impacted the safety of the world.

The second trial believed, that Tsai admitted to using his gun and shooting his neighbor, and, had asked his attorney to pay the over $210,000N.T. that was needed for the medical treatments of his neighbors by mail, and in the funeral charges, the judge believed, that he still had sense of remorse, and although the families returned the money he’d sent them, and stated they weren’t willing to settle, that they’d never forgive Tsai for murdering their loved ones, Tsai was sentenced to life in prison, and stripped of his government position for life.  The Highest Courts believed, that the verdict from this second trial was by the book, tossed back the appeal, case closed.

And so, this is still, a HUGE hole in the justice system, because as you showed remorse, you will, get away, from the DEATH penalty, because in the eyes of the courts, you are still, capable of, being, reformed, and that’s still, BULLSHIT if you ask me, but hey, once more, W-H-O asked Y-O-U???  Exactly.
