Murder, in a gated community, well, that’s, HUGE news all right, for we live, inside this, white-picket-fence of ours, where, NOTHING major, EVER happens (for real now!!!), and now, there’s, that next-door neighbor who’d, murdered his wife/her husband/their children or whatever, imagine ALL of our, shocks!
These are people we interact with every day, those we’d, bumped into in the hallways, going downstairs, to get the mail, those we worked out in the gym of our, gated community together, these are people whom we THOUGHT we knew well, after all, they’re, JUST like us, before one of them WENT PSYCHO.
Murder, in a gated community, it’s, a shocker all right, because, this is, a high-end living apartment, with the price of housing here, rising up, by two, three-percent each and every year, and now, there’s, this murder that’s happened, I wonder, what it would, do, to the housing prices, and, I can already see, that people who lived here originally, are too eager to sell, because, NOBODY wants to be anywhere NEAR a property, where murder had, occurred…

Murder, in a gated community, it’s something all right, we’d, gained our, three-seconds of fame, for those, fifteen minutes of, spotlight, then, the world moves on, to the, next big thing (whatever that may be for the world???), leaving us, with this, inerasable fact, that someone we’re, neighbors with, murdered her/his own husband/wife, or, children even.
How are we supposed to live here, and pretend nothing had happened, huh? Our lives will, NEVER be, the same again that’s for certain all right!
