The man, Tseng was displeased at how his high-school age girlfriend wanted to break up with him, he was attempted of waiting for her downstairs from where she lives, hacked the adolescent with a watermelon knife for twenty-five times, causing a skull fracture, her fingers broken, and other serious injuries. As Tseng was being tried, he’d claimed he had a mental condition, but the judge didn’t believe him, and, sentenced him to twelve years for attempted murder by an adult toward a minor. The Collectivist Court criticized, that Tseng failed to handle the breakup well enough, carried his grudge, and took revenge, it’d caused the adolescent who was originally majoring in the performance arts to have amputations of her fingers, and her right thumb could never, bent again, and she’d, needed long-term physical therapy. Even though, Tseng copied the Buddhist verses for the woman, Yang, the judge believed that what he was doing, still didn’t show remorse.
The verdict pointed out, that the 23-year-old Tseng started dating Yang the teenager at the end of April of last year, Yang broke up with him later, and refused to see him again, Tseng suspected that she’d found another man; on the evening of September 7th, Tseng rode his scooter to outside of Yang’s residence and waited, as soon as he saw her returning, he’d taken the watermelon knife out of the seat of his scooter, and rushed up to her, and started hacking her down, Yang’s aunt who was next to her, tried to back him away by throwing her helmet at him, it didn’t work, it wasn’t until the pedestrian, Chen hopped up and kicked toward Tseng, did he stop hacking her.
There were, multiple, deep lacerations on Yang’s head, neck, back, right shoulder, left elbow, left knee, she’d suffered fractures, and the middle and ring finger on her left hand amputated, with open fracture on her pinky and her right ulna, with the tendons split, the nerves severed, she was in critical condition, and her life was saved, by emergency surgery.
Afterwards, Yang told, that after she’d broken up with him, Tseng had demanded that they have sex, and she’d, turned him down twice, and that angered him, he’d believed she started, dating someone else.
In the police interrogations, Tseng claimed that he never had the intent to murder, but the judge reviewed over the surveillance, found that as he saw Yang, he’d, started, hacking toward her head and her face, she’d, tried to dodge him all the way, he’d , still, chased after her and continually, hacked at her, pulled her so she couldn’t, get away from him; until Yang fell to the ground, he’d still, bent over, and hacked at her on the ground over ten times, from the surveillance, it showed that he’d, hacked her, at least, twenty-five times, and he’d used such force that each hack was bone deep, and he’d, hacked her where her vital organs are located.
Tseng claimed that he was diagnosed with OCD, adaptation disorder, anxiety, along with ADHD and other disorders, but the psych evaluation showed that he “exerted signs of emotional instability or unstable behaviors”, the Collectivist Court believed he’d planned out the attack on his ex-girlfriend very thoroughly, they’d not believed his testimonies.
And so, this, is what you did, to evade getting punished severely, more attempted murder on your EX-girlfriend, and this still just showed, how if you don’t handle your breakups well enough, then, the one you broke up with, will attempt to, MURDER you, because this man was way too emotionally immature, and maybe, he felt that he’d put so much into the relationship, that he couldn’t, have her, dump him, and he just, snapped, who knows? But he had, attempted to, MURDER his ex-girlfriend, and that, is a F-A-C-T!
