The Conductor Had Been Tested Three Times, & Showed No Signs of Contraction Whatsoever, But the Witch Hunt Already Had an Impact

A train conductor of Taiwan Railroad because he’d gone to the same gym as someone who was on the Panshi Fast Combat Support Ship (AOE-532) who’d been confirmed of contracting MERS-CoV, he’d gone in for a screening, and started having a fever, along with the symptoms of his respiratory systems, as the news came out, the passengers flew into panic, and this caused the Taiwanese Railroad Company to get targeted in this, witch hunt.  But, the spokesperson of command of the epidemic diseases research of the central government, Chuang confirmed yesterday, that the worker was screen three times, and, all three times showed negative for contraction.

Yesterday, the paper got in touch with the conductor, but he’d told us, that he only wanted to rest, and not wanted to be, bothered.  While the other entry level workers all felt unfair for him, and, they’d felt upset, by how unreasonable the passengers were.

A fellow conductor stated, two days ago, a passenger pointed at him, stated, “you come in contact with thousands a day, you must be, covered with germs!”, there is also another conductor who’d said, that there should not be any finger pointing on who went to what gyms, or how a certain section of the transportation department noted as an opening for disease prevention, because nobody wants to fall ill, nor should the public pass their panics of MERS-CoV onto those who are working on the frontlines, like blurting out, “those conductors working in the southern regions are all confirmed with the diagnoses of MERS-CoV”, it’s not fair to everybody who works in the department.

A driver stated plainly, that the flow of unfounded gossips are even more apparent during this time.  Another worker testified, that he’d understand how the Taiwanese Railroad Company didn’t want to say anything before a confirmed diagnosis had been made, but, not announcing it, it’s, made the workers panic even more, he’d hoped, that in the future, the company can be more active, in disclosing of the information, as this will help the workers from being hunted like witches.

And see, this widespread panic MERS-CoV had caused?  And, it’s still, NOWHERE N-E-A-R ending, because, so long as this disease isn’t, contained, everybody still lives in fear, and, it’s like we’re all wearing that huge sign on our backs that says, “KICK me!”, except that the signs don’t read that way, instead it reads “MERS-CoV-positive” or “MERS-CoV negative”, and this is still based off of our skin colors, and our occupations, as jobs like public transportation officials, they contact a ton of people every single day, and like those nurses and doctors too, and there’s, just NOT enough respect for them, for what they are doing now.
