At-home-quarantine means you should be ISOLATED from the outside world, hello, hello, hello???  And you’d, hosted a party with laughing G-A-S?  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Wang in Taoyuan, came back home from Southeast Asia, his quarantine is up to day, two evenings ago, the office of his local borough couldn’t get in touch with him, the police and firefighters were outside his home, trying to talk to him, he’d still not opened up his door, they broke in, and found Wang semi-conscious, with a keg of laughing gas next to him, he was taken by force, into the hospital for the collective quarantine, the police found that during his quarantine, he had close to thirty men and women to his home as guests for a laughing gas party, Wang also admitted to inhaling the gas, but the details of the case will only get clarified after he was released from the hospitals.

The local substation pointed out, that two evenings ago, they’d received a call that Wang (age 30) was avoiding the visits, refused to open his door, and, the workers from the local sanitation office, as well as the workers from the district offices tried to persuade him for over an hour, and he still refused to open the doors, finally, the Department of Sanitations decided to BREAK down his door, but, as they’d entered into his property, they’d found a huge steel keg in his living room, and Wang was lying on his bed, refusing to get up, started, babbling nonsense, it was hard to communicate with him, he was clearly, out of it.

The police were dressed in the hazmat suits as they lifted Wang downstairs to the ambulance, forced him into the Taoyuan hospital for the quarantines, after a bit, Wang regained his consciousness, admitted to abusing laughing gas, and there weren’t any other illegal substances or any contrabands found in his home.

Afterwards, the police went to the neighborhood to interview, the residents claimed that Wang was a renter, lived alone on his own, but there would be gatherings of men and women in his home often, that he’s mixed in with the wrong crowds, and the neighbors were alert over it; the police checked the registry of visitors, and found that during his at-home quarantine, there were close to thirty men and women who are in and out of his apartment, they suspected that he was hosting a laughing gas party, the police will review over the surveillances, then, send the related details to the offices of internal affairs, and the Department of Sanitations for confirmation.

The mayor of Taoyuan, Cheng at the prevention conference told of this incident, and stated, that there were the special cases of at-home quarantines, “not everybody does what s/he’s been told”, that we should still, keep our guards and awareness up

The offices of internal affairs of Taoyuan told, that during his at-home quarantine period, the man in charge of the local borough had called Wang up to check on him, he’d always picked up, but from the 23rd, he’d, stopped answering his calls, and on the 24th, he was, completely, out of touch, the man in charge of the borough worried about his wellbeing, that’s why he’d led the police, to break into Wang’s apartment, and, because it was uncertain if Wang had contacts with someone who was confirmed of MERS-CoV, and he wasn’t confirmed of contracting it, the police will determine if he’d broken the laws as the investigation happens over this matter.

And so, this man completely, MISSED the BOAT on what at-home quarantine is, you’re supposed to stay isolated, for however many day it is mandated, and yet, you were too bored, and so you’d, invited others to a laughing gas party, and, you not only put the lives of your party guests in jeopardy, you also broke the laws.
