Wow, we’re, all a part of this, ANGRY mob, out of control now, aren’t we??? Uh-huh!!! And this is still, VIGILANTE justice, which means, justice here, still, didn’t quite get, S-E-R-V-E-D, I’m afraid, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The twenty-one-year-old male, Chen, used the excuses of finding a job, coaxed a young woman to a motel, raped her, then, took her nude photos, and extorted her for $70,000N.T.s, the boyfriend of the victim, two nights ago, told Chen that he was going to pay for the “ransoms”, led close to ten others to block the car that Chen was driving, dragged him out, and beaten him up; the police arrived in time, to save Chen, they’d originally thought it was, a beating by a gang, and, as they’d looked into the matter, they’d found, that it was Chen who was trying to extort money using the nude photos, the police confiscated the photos of the victim in his cell phone, charged him on threats to inappropriately obtain money, and other charges.
Based off of understand, Chen weighed over two hundred pounds, and, he had priors similar to this, with the case still pending trial; three days ago, Chen posted a false ad looking for employee, lured an unknown female to a motel, and raped her, and, took her nude photos, then, demanded that she paid him, otherwise, he will put the photos out online.
As the victim arrived home, she’d cried to her twenty-two year-old boyfriend, Lin, Lin was furious, and, as he’d told his friend, they got angry too, and, everybody decided, to drag this loser out, to teach him a hard lesson.
Two evenings ago, Chen asked the victim to an isolated area in the suburbs of Miaoli to hand over the money, the woman went, Chen arrived in a cab, and, although he’d asked Chen to go into the cab to make the exchange, he’d not known, that Lin and his other friends were tailgating behind him, as the cars drove past a super convenience shop on Guo-Hwa Road, the three cars with Lin in it, blocked off the cab, they’d, dragged Chen out, and, started, gaining up on him; there were the locals who bore witness to this, thought it was, a riot, called the cops, the police arrived, managed to, “rescue” Chen out, and, subdued Lin and four other who were physically beating Lin up, with six others on the run.
Chen had contusions on his body, after the hospitals treated him, he was okay, he was taken into the police station to investigate; the police found the nude photos of the victim in his cell, which proved that he was, extorting her, and they sent him to the D.A.’s offices on threats and extortion charges.
The victim accused Chen for drugging her and raping her three days ago, and the police helped the woman get a rape kit at the hospital, and took documented her physical injuries. As for Lin’s calling the group of his friend to gang up on Chen, because they’d broken the criminal laws of inciting a riot, the police sent all others who were involved, to the district attorney’s offices too.
And yeah, this had become, a LAWLESS world, I mean, surely, what this LOSER did, was bad, but still, you should NOT take the laws into your own hands, that makes you a vigilante, and, vigilante justice, is still, the WRONG kind of justice, and there’s, also, the mob mentality at work here too
