This LOSER saw an opportunity, to CHEAT the kindness of the general public here, and that’s, really, awful, especially in this time frame! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The delivery driver, Liao works as an outsourcing employee of the Taichung Blood Center, he was suspected of using the chance, delivering the blood to the northern region of Taichung, stole away 3,500 masks, then, he’d, sold to the nursing staff members a total of 1,500 masks back, at $6N.T.s apiece to four members of the nursing staff of the blood center, made an illegal profit of $9,000N.T.s. The employees of the blood center didn’t realize that the masks were stolen until they’d done the inventories and found that the number of the masks delivered to them was short, they’d reviewed over the surveillance footage, then, found that the masks the workers were buying, were from their own, storage supplies. Yesterday, the Taichung D.A.’s Office charged Liao with theft.
The indictment pointed out, that the 54-year-old delivery driver was outsourced from the blood center for the deliveries, he’d delivered blood units, or other items to the Taichung blood center, he saw how the epidemic is getting worse, that the masks were, hard to get, he was suspected of walking straight into the storage unit of the blood donation office in the Zhongzhen Park at around ten on February 6th this year, and, took the keys of the warehouse on the second floor from the computer desk, then, made his way to the storage unit, got away with one and three-quarters of the masks already there, totaled up to 3,500 pieces, placed them inside his own truck, then, left.
On the second day, Liao contacted the blood donation center on his own, told the workers that he had ways, to sell them some masks, the four staff members who’d not know that the masks were from the blood donor centers bought some from Liao, and Liao sold the pieces of at $6N.T. each, managed to sold a total of 1,500 pieces back to the staff members, and, obtained the profits of $9,000N.T. illegally.
The workers at the donor center on February 8th found in the warehouse, that there was, a shortage of masks and reviewed the surveillance, found it was Liao who’d, taken the masks away, notified the police, and the police called Liao in, and Liao admitted how he was into making some easy money that’s why he’d, taken the boxes of masks, and, turned in the 2,000 masks he had, yet to, sell off back, the district attorneys prosecuted him yesterday.
This LOSER deserves the HARSHEST sentence, for theft, for selling of stolen goods, because he’d, taken advantage of the times, of how masks are, in shortage, during this outbreak of MERS-CoV, and, he’s, an opportunist, but, he’d not made anything in the end, and on top of that, he’s, getting, some HARD time in prison!
