As the man, Hsu worked as the manager of the nursing department of the Kaohsiung Prison System, he was accused of taking the inmate, Hong’s mother’s teas, beef, and he’d, cooked up the beef and brought it to the inmate, Hong, to add to his meal, another manager of the prison system, Huang, shopped for the grocery food items on Hong’s mother’s behalf for Hong, and because they’d not gone through the jail systems first to get approved for their actions; the two men admitted to bringing the food items to the inmate, but, denied having violated the rules, but the Kaohsiung High Subsidiary Courts found their involvement in corruption to be factual, yesterday, the courts passed down the heavy sentences of seven years for Hsu and six years for Huang, and they are both stripped of their government posts for three whole years. This can still be appealed.
The verdict pointed out, as Hsu worked as the manager of the rehabilitation department of the prison systems in Kaohsiung back in 2014, without the consensus of the physicians in the prisons brough the liver medications to the inmate, Liu; in January of 2016, Hsu was suspected of hinting to the inmate, Hong how much he enjoyed the teas, and Hong’s mother bought the mountain teas priced at $15,000N.T. for Hsu to consume, and, due to his bad knees, Hsu had beef a lot, and, after he’d asked the inmate, Hong if he would like some beef in his prison meals, he’d gone to the American wholesales mart with Hong’s mother to buy the beef, and the second time, he’d, bought the beef himself, and asked for the money he’d paid from Hong’s mother.
As Hsu prepared the beef, he’d, packed it into the lunchboxes, and, split the portions up, and brought the foods to Hong for his lunches, during this time, Hong had consumed beef worth up to $4,620N.T.s, the second time Hsu went and bought the beef, he’d, taken a-third for himself, and, managed to get about $2,310N.T. worth of food.
The manager of the rehabilitation department, Huang, between November, 2015 to March, 2016, used the money provided by Hong’s mother to buy the teas, the cigarettes, the gums, the coffees, as well as pork, then, took it to prison, it’d allowed Hong to have the food items, worth up to $95,000N.T.s.
And that, is just, awful, how these workers for the government in prison are, so easily bought, and, these guards, prison wardens deserved, harsher punishments, because, what the FUCK do you think those inmates are in for? A VACATION? They did the crime, and so, they’re, doing the time, and, you’re making their jail sentences, feel like, a god damn, FUCKING (don’t pardon me here!!!) V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N, and that’s, just against the L-A-W, because you’re supposed to have it HARD, serving time for something BAD you’d done! It should NOT feel like a VACATION…………
