The Case of the Man Being Stabbed to Death, the Father of the Deceased Cried, “Give Me Justice”

Attempts to escape the death penalty by the insanity plea here!  The aftermath of the man’s murdering someone at random on the streets, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Suspected Said He Was Mentally Ill, the D.A. is Looking into Getting Him a Psych Evaluation, His Son was Stabbed to Death for No Reasons, Lin’s Father: He Deserved the Death Sentence, So He Won’t Ever Hurt Anyone Else Again.

The 32-Year-Old Man, Lin on the Evening of the 13th, was Stabbed to Death by the 23-Year-Old Man, Wang for No Apparent Reasons, the D.A. Went to the Coroner’s Office Yesterday, Found the Victim Had a Knife Wound on His Back, that the Blade Was, Deep into the Body, that It’d, Damaged His Internal Organs; Faced with His Own Son’s Death, Lin’s Father Cried, “My Son is Very Well-Behaved, Give Me Justice!”, He’d Broken Down Twice, Pleaded, “You Must Give Him the Death Penalty, to Not Allow Him to Commit Murder Again!”

Currently, the district attorneys are still, looking at the case as a murder, but because Wang and his defense claimed that he was, mentally ill, that it was, manslaughter, they’d already asked for his medical records to be submitted, and not ruling out having a psych evaluation done.  The related reports will be out in two weeks at soonest.

Lin’s body was autopsied yesterday at the Hsinbei City Morgue, the parents were there through the entire process, the autopsy lasted about an hour; as Lin’s father walked out of the mortuary, he was red in the eyes, looked very tired, stated in Taiwanese, “I hope this country give me justice, serving the society like it should”, then, “my son is very well-behaved!”, then, he’d, broken down, started sobbing, and couldn’t speak another word.

He left the city morgue crying, the press rushed up to him and inquired, “Do you want the suspect to be sentenced to death?”, Lin’s father became emotional, “Surely, don’t EVER let him out again, if he comes back out, he will surely, ruin someone else’s life!”, and, a few steps forward, he’d stated, “I hope he (the suspect) be given the death sentence, because if he gets released, there will surely be, another victim like me……”, then, he couldn’t, speak anymore, and just, walked away.  Lin’s mother remained silent throughout.

As Wang stabbed Lin, he’d driven off with the car, as Lin’s wife told the police what happened, twenty minutes later, the police caught up with Wang and arrested him.  As Wang was arrested, he claimed to have schizophrenia, that he had dissociative identity disorder, that as he committed murder, he was having a fight with his wife on where they’re to eat their suppers.

As the court opened, the case, the defense attorney used the claims of Wang “being troubled psychologically”, that he’d not intended to murder, that it was, manslaughter instead.  Based off of understanding, Wang claimed that he’d been troubled with mental illness long term, that there were, three personalities, other than “the me that normally comes out”, there’s another, “easily angered me”, and a “child me”, he wasn’t on his medication that day, didn’t know why he’d, stabbed someone.

And so, this loser who’d, murdered someone at random, might get away with the death penalty, because he claimed that there are, three personalities in him, but maybe, that’s just his way, of trying, to evade getting sentenced to death, but all will be confirmed, after the hospital did a psych evaluation on him.
