Beating a child to DEATH, because he wouldn’t, stop crying, because he wasn’t, his own flesh-and-blood, because he was, from his wife’s, ex-husband! Tragedy, off of the Front Page Sections, yet again! Translated…
The Thirty-Four-Year-Old Man, Chen was Displeased at How HIs Four-Year-Old Stepson Cried Out of Turn, After He’d Punished Him to Kneel, He’d Kicked Him, Hit Him with a Broom, then, Tossed Him Outside of His Home, the Child’s Mother Bore Witness to All of it, Didn’t Stop Her Husband, Afterwards, as the Child had Died, Then, She Goes Outside to Check on Her Own Young; Eighteen Hours After Chen Had Beaten the Boy to Death He’d Turned Himself in to the Police, the D.A. Charged Him with Murder, and Asked the Courts Mandate Him into Custody, Which the Courts Signed off on.
As for whether or not Hsieh was an accomplice, the police and district attorney will keep the investigations going. Hsieh told, that because she was scared, and, worried that her two children might see their youngest brother getting killed and be impacted psychologically, she’d, taken them to her mothers for placement, that was why she’d not called the police immediately; she felt deeply remorseful for “not being able to protect her own son”.
Based off of understanding, Chen had a son with his ex-wife, his ex has custody, he worked odds and ends for a living, didn’t make enough money; the twenty-seven-year-old woman, Hsieh had two sons and a daughter with her ex-husband, the child killed was the youngest son, after her ex was sent to prison, they got divorced, and her children took her last name.
After the divorce, unemployed, Hsieh moved back home to Changwha, last year, she’d met Chen. They were married on January 3rd of this year, Hsieh moved in with Chen, with her three young children.
The police and district attorney investigated, that Chen used physical measures to discipline the children regularly. On the evening of the fourteenth of this month, because the young boy, Hsieh refused to finish supper like he was supposed to, he’d punished the child by having him kneel on his knees, then, kicked the boy, beaten him with a broom, at around four in the morning on the fifteenth, Chen didn’t CARE that the boy was already, severely injured by him, he’d, tossed him out to the sidewalks, Hsieh witnessed all of it, but didn’t dare to stop him from hurting her own young son.
As Hsieh, the young boy was, tossed outside, Hsieh carried her son back into the house, the adults found something wasn’t quite right with the boy, started doing CPR, but, due to the extent of the young boy’s injuries, he’d, died just the ame.
The two adults placed the child at home, until close to ten in the evening on the 15th, Chen finally called it in, reported to the police, “I had beaten my son to death”, the police, fire department rushed over, the child was, apparently, dead, the officers arrested Chen right on the spot.
Chen denied having the intentions of murdering the young boy, but the police and district attorneys found the child had multiple bruising and contusions on his head, back, shoulders and both legs, that what killed him was hemothorax, that he was, clearly, abused, to death, the judge based off of the LINE conversation of Chen and Hsieh on record as evidence, that Chen had active arrest warrant on him for two other cases, placed him in custody, on the risks of corroboration and flight.
And so, another young life had been, lost, because this woman enabled the abuse of her own young son by the man she lives with, and, because it’s a child from the woman’s past marriage, so this LOSER probably thinks, that it’s no big deal, to MURDER him, and the child was only FOUR, and, at this age, they’re, bound to cry, when they feel ill, and what was worse was this mother, she’d, bore witness to it all, and didn’t stop the murder of her own young son, and left him out by the curbside, to die, and afterwards, it was, already, too late, because, MURDER had been, committed, and this mother could’ve done something, to save her own young son, but she chose to, just stand by, and watch…and so, she’s, equally GUILTY, even if the courts found no evidence of her involvement in the matter!
