This was still, a built up, for years and years, and years on end, then, someone finally, CRACKED!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Chou and his younger brother, because their parents were divorced, they’d moved in with their stepfather, Huang, and they’d hated their stepfather since, and were both displeased at how he’d not taken care of their mother, after they both got drunk, they’d, ganged up on Huang, beaten him up, dragged him out, the stepfather suffered severe head trauma and died.  The district attorneys charged them with manslaughter, seeing how they’d not had the intentions of murdering their stepfather.

The district attorneys investigated, Chou (age 21) and his younger brother (age 19) lived in with their mother and her boyfriend, Huang after she’d divorced him, the men were displeased at how Huang had, broken up their family, and felt displeased at how he’d not looked after their mother, last year on October 20th, Chou and his younger brother, with Huang and their friends went to sing karaoke, as they’d talked of taking care of their mother, they got into a serious altercation after drinking.

The younger brother first swung his fist at Huang’s head, chest, and, his older brother pushed and shoved Huang, Huang fell to the ground, he had a concussion, and started vomiting and passed out, was dragged by the brothers, taken to the outer rims of the Shimen Reservoir, the brothers, dragged Huang out of the backseat, used the aluminum bats, beaten Huang, they’d kicked Huang hard on the head, and as they’d dragged him back into the car, Huang’s head hit the metal boards of the car.

Huang sustained severe head injuries, which caused his subdural hematoma, the following morning, the brothers dropped him off at their mother’s resident, as Chou saw her cohabiting partner in a coma, covered in physical injuries, she’d called an ambulance, but Huang was dead before they arrived at the hospital; after the D.A. examined the evidence, they’d asked the courts to take the brothers, Chou into custody, which the courts allowed.

At the interrogation, Chou evaded questioning, while his younger brother admitted to what they’d done, and claimed that after the beating, his older brother had told him to admit to the police that he did it all by himself, but because the older brother still has a wife and children, he feared that his wife might file for divorce if he got caught, he’d told his younger brother to make false statements on how he’d not taken a bat and beaten Huang’s head.

The younger brother admitted, that Huang was their stepfather, because before their father had passed, their mother started dating Huang, that’s why they both felt bad about him.  The friends who were witnesses from the karaoke bar testified, that they saw the brothers accused Huang of “not taking care of our mother” then, ganged up on him.

The forensic reports said, that Huang died of the shock caused by blunt force trauma by blunt object, and believed that he was, “murdered”, the collected vomit on the backseat of the car as evidence; the district attorney believed, that Chou and his younger brother started beating up on Huang after they started talking about caring for their mother, that they’d not intended to murder Huang, but, the beating, the dragging him out had, caused Huang to die, and charged them with manslaughter.

But there must’ve been intent, otherwise, you wouldn’t have, beaten someone’s head so hard that he’d, died, or maybe, it was, a heated moment sort of a thing, either way, murder was, committed here, and now, the men would be, charged.
