The cabdriver, Fu, after he’d, taken the opportunity to molest a female passenger, escaped, over a dozen years later, Fu called the police on theft, the police took his DNA, and it’d, accidentally, exposed the molestation case he’d committed back then, the Shihlin District Court found Fu guilty of forced molestation charges, sentenced him to three years six months.
The verdict pointed out, that on May 10, 2006, as Fu was giving a female passenger a lift in Songshan District in Taipei, he’d not taken the woman where she’d specified, instead, he’d driven her to the beach of Bali, and, forced himself onto the woman, kissed her cheeks, patted down her thighs, rubbed his penis against her, ejaculated, he’d, sexually molested her.
The victim claimed, that after Fu molested her, he’d, dumped her by the oceans, and she’d cried aloud for assistance, and with the help from the passersby she’d, gotten a ride from a random stranger to the police station, she’d told the police that the cabdriver had, touched her all over her body.
The victim went into the hospital to get the DNA samples off of her body, but back then, there wasn’t anyone to compare to, the case was, kept on file. After a dozen years, because Fu’s valuables were, stolen from his cab, he’d called the police for help, and the police took Fu’s DNA, and planned, to find the thief, and instead, he was, busted for the sexual molestation.
Fu claimed, that the woman was in a foul mood that’s why he’d suggested that she go to the beach, as he drove to the shores of Bali, the meter was already up to $600N.T.s, the woman didn’t have the money to pay, “she’d told me she was willing to have six”, stated that she was willing to pay for the fares with sex with him.
The Collectivist Court believed, that Fu’s statements were, his trying to get himself off of being charged, that for the sake of him libido, he’d, molested an unknown woman, causing her psychological trauma and bodily harm, that he’d, severely, damaged the system of order of society, gave him three years six months in prison.
And, this LOSER had, ran wild and free, for how many years before he was, caught again? And now, he was, only, sentenced to three and a half short years of prison term, that’s not even enough, and who’s to say, that he won’t, do it again, to another woman?
