As the epidemic of MERS-CoV spread quickly, there’s now, a lacking of surgical masks throughout this country, people here aren’t getting their supplies, but, in the sixth substation’s Xitun subprecinct in Taichung, there was a woman who’d, delivered a box of two hundred surgical masks to the police who refused to be named, hoping, that the police officers on the frontline will be healthy, as they watched over the citizens.
The Sixth substation of Taichung stated, that because of their work, the officers often get into close contact with members of the public, whether it be directing the traffic flow, taking care of accidents, incidents, or helping the locals sort through matters in their lives, they may need to go in and out of the hospitals or the public places, a while ago, a woman who refused to be known by public dropped off a box of two hundred surgical masks at the police station for the officers to use, and, posted a note on the outside of the box, “I hope all police officers will be healthy, well, hope you all have a happy new year.”, it’d touched all the officers who’d received the masks feel moved.
So, in these times of, crises, these are the smaller acts of, kindness that shines through brightly, and because of this woman’s kindness, a lot of the police officers will be provided with the items they need, to go out there, to keep the city safe for the locals continually.
