The Forty-Two Year-Old Man, Hsu as He Drove Out of the Alley, He’d, Sped Up, and Not Allowed for the Right-of-Way, He’d Hit the Back of the Tesla SUV, Driven by the Thirty-Four Year-Old Man, Liang, the SUV Lost Control, and, the Tails of the SUV Crashed into the Twelve-Year-Old Girl, Chang Who was Just about to Cross the Streets, the Legs of the Twelve-Year-Old Girl Were, Severed Off on Site, She Was Rushed to the Hospital, But Died.
The police tested both Liang and Chang, they’d not been driving drunk, the police reviewed the dash cams of other vehicles, found that Liang was speeding, past the fifty-kilometer/hour speed limit, while Hsu didn’t pay heed to the right-of-way, they were both charged with vehicular manslaughter, after the D.A. interrogated both men, the bails were set at $50,000N.T. for each.
Based off of investigation, the twelve-year-old girl, Chang lives in Danshui, yesterday morn, she was with her parents, her younger brother, as the family drove to Luzhou to visit her grandfather; at around ten in the morn yesterday, the young child had, parked the car at the parking space by the riverside, as the family was, about to cross the streets; the mother took the siblings in front, the father stayed behind, as Chang the young girl got to the island in the middle, she was, hit by the speeding car and killed.
Back then, the silver sedan Hsu was driving rushed out of the Yonglei Street, going straight, about to turn left onto the ring, he’d, rushed and not allowed the traffic going straight to have the right-of-way, the black Tesla driven by Liang was going straight on the avenue, he was suspected of speeding, and wasn’t able to dodge, got hit.
As the Tesla was hit, it’d, bounced upward from the tail, tossed up, turned 180-degrees, and, hit the twelve-year-old with the back of the car, the left wheel and the bumper fell off upon impact, the child was suspected of getting thrown toward the cement island that separated the opposing traffic, and her legs were, cut off below the knees, she was severely injured, and, lost sign of life, the paramedic rushed her to the hospital, and half hour later, she was, declared, dead.
The Luzhou Substation’s head of traffic, Wu said, the place where the young girl and her family was crossing didn’t have the cross ways drawn, that they’d, not broken any laws trying to cross the roads; the two car owners who were involved in this fatal accident had broken the laws clearly, and, the police will look more into the matter, to find out who’s at fault for the death of this, young girl.
And so, speeding was what caused this young child to lose her life, and because the cars fought for the right of way, and sped, that was why, this young child got killed in the process, which showed, how you should NOT be driving fast in the first place, if you want to, avoid accidents like this one!
