Keeping your, lifestyle, just as active as you’d lived previous, that, is a great way, to stay young forever all right!!! translated…
Recalling how as I got across my fortieth “marker”, I’d, announced to my friends, I’m already, going towards, fifty. My friend said, “You’d, gone too fast!”, I intend, to have more energies, as I past fifty, so, guess, I need to, get more accustomed to the number fifty then! But, as I approached sixty, I’d, felt even more anxious, I’m, no longer young anymore, it’d, finally, dawned on me.
Starting at age fifty-five, I’d, decided, to pick up doing my favorite pastime, on the weekends of the summers, I’d, gone to the northern shores to snorkel, to get the energies I’d needed, from swimming with the fishes, in between the corals. As the waves of the oceans came in, it’s like, I was, being tested by my own life, I’d told myself, “Face it, experience it, and, it shall be, all right!”, for the other seasons, I’d, ridden on my bicycle, sped, across the smaller passages in between the forests of the hills and mountains, watched the sunlight, came down from between the trees, becoming gentler, hearing the birds, insects called, I’d, felt years younger then.
a healthy, active lifestyle after you are older…

Starting this year, the number sixty, became, an obsession of mine. Cycling, snorkeling, no longer, satisfied my drive for youth. I’d started, planning the trips abroad, decided to go to the Touyako in Hokkaido to find the camping grounds. The two of us, “young people” in our sixties, as we drove around in Touyako to find a place to set up the tents, we were, filled with that sense of intrigue to discover new things when we were, still younger, and suddenly, I’d realized, that being brave, entering into a world that’s, not familiar to us, that’s, what “staying young” is all about!
Before my husband turned sixty last September, I’d invited, over hundreds of our friends to a dance, to return to the disco party back then. Those who’d come, were mostly, in their, late fifties or early sixties, at first, everybody made excuses of not knowing how to dance, but, as the songs of Tom Jones, the Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, and Madonna all came on, everybody got very high with the music blasting loud, twirled, and turned, with the tempos of the music. As the dance party came to an end, my friend complained, “everybody else’s parties last the entire night, how come yours ended at nine?” So you all will, savor it, and want more of it, of course, because there are, those unchartered, territories, waiting for us, to explore, with the energies of youth, hidden in them.
And so, to find your youth back, this, is what you all had done, fulfilled the dreams you had when you were, younger, did the things you wanted to, but didn’t get the chances to do, and by, fulfilling these dreams, plans of your younger years, you found, your youth back again.
