Lu (age 20) and her older sister, on December 28th of last year, went together to Chen’s (age 21) residence, that very evening, they’d, sent the infant boy, covered in bruises all over his body to the hospital, and the following day, the infant died; the D.A. examined the body and found, that there were, multiple bruises on the infant’s body, his head, chest were both, swollen, that he was, suspected of, having been, abused, they’d called Lu, and two other people, had the courts take Lu, Chen, along with Lu’s older sister into custody, Lu’s older sister made bail.
The infant’s father told, that at around five when he’d left home, he’d made the formula to feed his son, and in the early evenings, his wife texted, “something’s wrong!”, he’d immediately dialed her back, and she kept repeating, that she’d not, beaten him up, and said, that his son had, fallen on his own, he’d rushed to the hospital, and saw his son intubated, with severe swelling in the infant’s chest and head, with bruises covering up his back, and limbs.
Yesterday, the families waited for the results of the autopsy at the city morgue, and in the grilling of others, the aunt of the infant boy finally told, that she saw her younger sister, and Chen beat up the child; the infant boy’s father stated angrily, that they’d, tossed around his son like a toy, pulling on his limbs like in tug-of-war, and as his son stopped breathing, they’d not taken him to the E.R., “how can you mistreat my son like this?”, and now, in the evenings, as he saw his son in a photograph, he couldn’t, sleep at night.
Chen said, he worked as a house painter, went to work early, and didn’t return home until late in the nights, he’s married to his wife for a little over two years, and they got along fine, last year, as his son was born, he’d heard that his wife had been getting close to a man, Chen, and their friends saw them out together too, and he’d, warned the man, to not see his wife anymore.
