The man, who was from a rich family, who’d committed arson, killed seven people, Tseng, back in the middle school years, started behaving badly, is a huge headache for the local police, he’d asked for money repeatedly from his parents long-term, gotten himself into trouble, as he was staying at the home, and, the older members of the home consoled with him to behave himself, he’d, resorted to using physical violence on them, in the end, the residents of the home started, avoiding contact with him, his family had, given up on him too, as his mother was called to the police station, she’d arrived to the police precinct, but, didn’t even take a look at her own son, and left.
The suspect’s father is a physician, his mother, a retired school teacher, he has two older sister, is the only son in the family, from his middle school years, the local police started getting called to handle the messes he got himself in, as his mother refused to give him any more money on October 20th when he’d asked her to, he’d, threatened to commit suicide at the Yujing bus stop, attempted to, grab the gun from the police, was subdued by the police, and taken into the station, from before, he’d, asked the officers to call up his mother for money for living, and his family gave him $20,000N.T. then; the officers thought, that although, he is, a sort of a loner, with the problems, but he is still young, and most of the officers still, tried helping him, but, he’d, gotten into, bigger trouble.
The mayor of Tainan, Huang went to the hospital, to visit the officer, Chen, who was injured in the confrontation, stated, that the legislators need to, consider how many possible suspects like Tseng there are in the society? And that it’s, the government’s job, to protect the innocents in the society, from being harmed at random by people like him.

Tseng got into trouble frequently, the family had, given up on him completely already, and as the police called up his family, his family had, refused to head to the police station, and, as his mother finally arrived to the station, she’d not even, looked at her son, and made her exit; toward the press’s inquiries, ‘Why did you set the fire?”, Tseng shouted, “none of your business!”
So, something, MUST’VE, gone wrong in this kid’s upbringing, and it didn’t matter IF both his parents are, highly educated, or that they’d, given him everything, and, he’d, started straying from the right paths of life since he was in his middle school years, and, with the years that came and went, his bad behaviors, escalated, because, he was left alone.
