Life, the Obstacle Course

Why is Little Albert Afraid of the Rat?

How the fears, become irrational, as this “poor kid” who’d been, conditioned, lives on, into, his adulthood years…

And, as little Albert grows up into an adult, he’d, started, developing, more of the irrational fears that adults shouldn’t even have.  He’d, had to, keep that lamp on his bedside turned on when he slept, fearing the things that go bump in the night.

Why is, Little Albert, afraid of the rat?  Because those god DAMN UN-ETHICAL (‘cuz that’s, what those experimenters were!) experimenters didn’t consider the effects of childhood on a person’s development, they just, wanted to, prove their point in conditioning, and, Little Albert, was chosen, by the “luck” (more like a CURSE if you ask me!) of the draw.

And, once a fear becomes, set up in childhood, it would be, next to impossible, to ROOT it back up, because of the extent of these earliest experiences of life have on us.

So, as I would imagine, when Little Albert, became, BIG Albert, ‘cuz, he’s, bound to grow bigger, he’ll start fearing lot of those things, that normal adults don’t normally, fear, all because, those god DAMN, psychologists, want to, see the effects of fear on a young child, with conditioning at work…
