“Nosier in the Inoculation Registries”, She’d Discovered a Case Where a Teenage Mother Had Drowned Her Own Newborn Infant to Death

“Being nosier, it gives more security to children we’re trying to protect.”, Liao who works in the Miaoli Department of Sanitations, received the notices from the Department of Sanitations this past February, with the newborn infants who hadn’t been registered for births yet, she’d found that there were children with the birth certificates, and had the records of being inoculated with hepatitis B vaccines, but the mother claimed she didn’t have a child.  She’d felt that something wasn’t quite right, and notified the children and women’s specialty department of the police department to look into the matter, and they’d found that this teenage mother drowned her own newborn infant.

The Center for Disease Control of the Department of Health and Sanitation Welfares gave the awards out, there were the workers in fifty-six locations who were awarded for their excellence in work, the technician of the Miaoli Department of Sanitation, Liao was among the recipients, she’s primary in charge of the vaccinations of young children and newborn infants, she’d worked very close with the families who had newborn infants, but hadn’t taken the infants in for their vaccinations.

At the start of the year, Liao found, there was a newborn infant who was born sixty days ago, who hadn’t been registered yet, she’d gone to the family, and found there to be no signs of the newborn who was on record, and the mother kept stressing that she didn’t give birth, but the hospital wrote out a birth certificate, and she’d claimed that she’d gone to the hospital for the treatment of tumors in her uterus.

Although Liao couldn’t get anywhere, but she’d not given up in “finding the infant”, outside of work, she’d continued contacting the children and women’s specialist squad of the police department, had the hospital’s confirmations that the child was, born.  And in the end, the birthmother finally told the truth, that she gave birth out of wedlock at the age of twenty, and she was from a poverty stricken family background, and had to, kill off her own young.

And so, it’s this woman’s hard work, dedication, her unrelenting nature, the need, to find out WHAT happened, that’s, helped the police crack this case of the murder of this newborn infant by his own mother, and we need more of these nosy people, to butt in to someone else’s business, so tragedies such as this one might have the chances of being, prevented.
