Life, the Obstacle Course

Manmade Clouds, a Poem

Advertisements

Air pollution, smog, slowly, taking over, our living space, suffocating us slowly, translated…

As the Weather Became So Heated

The Dogs Stuck Out Their Tongues

The Clouds Also, Started, Baking Up

The White, Fluffy Clouds, Looking Like Broccoli or Cauliflower

Planted Down, on the Field of the Blue Skies

a city, in the “mist”…photo from online

At Certain Time Each & Every Spring

The Cold Air High in the Skies Started, Playing the Heat on Earth

The Thick Fog that Looked Like Satin Draped Over

Falls Down on Everything Down Below

The Mountains Had, Smirked for a Bit

Then, Vanished, Just, Disappeared

After Days of Continued Cold

People Who Found Covers in Their Scarves

Seemed to Have Lost the Wills to Live

Until One Day, the Fires Lit Up in the Skies

The Red Hot Lava Flowed Downward

air pollution created by man…photo from online

The Maroon-Colored Dusk, Lit Up

That Peaceful River

The Apostles of the Clouds

Lived Off of These

And Yet, the Smog Had Caused

The Days of Gray

To Increase

Like Cataracts

The Eyes, Looking into the Distances

Losing Their Ways

In This Cross Intersection

With the Dust Particles Floating in Mid-Air

And so, this, is what the environment looked like right now, with the dust particles, covering up the world, and this still, did NOT happen, OVERNIGHT either!
