Plagiarism in the Designs Industries, Art Workers, DO Have More Morals

Can’t come up with your own ideas, so, you take from someone else’s designs, and only made minor adjustments, called it your own, yeah, that’s, CLASSY all right (BTW, that’s still, my sarcasm talkin’…), from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Logo of the Primary Visual Arts of the Tainan Arts Festival was found to have been plagiarized from somewhere else, the website’s “OK” sign, was found from taken from the British visual artist, Maria-Ines Gul’s work in 2014.

something with this查看來源圖片means, you should NOT, rip it off!

The design company “Three Man Program” defended themselves in the shortest time, said that the idea for the logo came from their own imaginations; and yet, after the related agencies looked into the matter, the firm admitted to plagiarizing the British artist’s work, other than losing their reputation, the firm now faces the legal charges for plagiarizing.

And, the Tainan Cultural Department, other than immediately pulling off the LOGO with the plagiarized designs, and the department is also seeking the payments from the company, Three Man Program” as well.

In actuality, not too long ago, there was, the Offices of Tourism under the Department of Transportation’s spending three million dollars N.T. to get the trains to Jiji painted with the endangered species, leopard cat, and the moment the train was publicized, the public questioned on why the “leopard cat” looked more like a leopard.

“The abstraction is way too simplified, I’d not paid enough attention to the details, I’m truly, sorry”, the designer who’d studied in the U.S. made the open apologies.  And what’s more surprising was: the designer had, bought the icon from an online art bank by the female Russian artist, and used it as his own, without the consents of the original artist.

Based off of Wikipedia, the rights to one’s own intellectual property, is the immaterial asset that humans created from their own imaginations, that’s mostly in the realms of copyright, patents, and logos.  The music, the literatures, or other forms of expressions, the discoveries, the inventions, the words, the logos, the symbols, all are, treated as forms of intellectual property, and are all, under protection.

And, taking the easy way out, other than smashing one’s own built-up reputation, and it’d, showed how little knowledge we hold, of these areas, and how carelessly, we’d, broken the laws, and, we’d, ignored the authorities, the rights that are, endowed in the realms of what constitutes as, intellectual property.

Based off of “Creativity”, it should come from one’s own mind; if you want to borrow the work of someone else, you need to, get consent from the original creator, otherwise, you’d, taking someone else’s work, claiming it as your own, and what’s the difference between that and plagiarism?  So, all of you, art workers out there, DO respect yourselves, as well as others in your fields, and do take heed, from this particular example!

And so, this, is how easy it is, you can get plagiarized from online, because, there’s, NO set, copyright laws for the things you found online, after all, there’s, NO way that any of us, can make sure that we don’t, get plagiarized, and this man, he was, only, taking the easy way out, I mean, he gets, paid either way, only, that in the process, he’d, broken the law, he’d, taken advantage of the original creator of the logo, and that, is wrong!!!
