He Raced the Cars, Killed Three People, His Mother Borrowed Money to Pay for the Damages He’d Caused, Received Forgiveness from the Victims’ Families

The man, Ya-Hsuan Hsieh and his friend, Yo-Cheng Huang last year raced their cars in the streets of Taipei, hit and murdered the couple, the Huangs who’d collected the recycled materials for a living, as well as a security guard, Hsieh, the Taipei District Court started the trial yesterday, the families reached a settlement agreement, Hsieh’s mother paid up the one-million dollars N.T. settlement agreement to the wife and daughter of the security guard, cried and said, “Thank you so much for giving my son a chance.”  In the judge’s asking, Ya-Hsuan Hsieh stood up, and bowed toward the victims of the families, the wife of the security guard told him, “I’m willing to forgive you, after you are released, do be a better man, and take good care of your mother.”

Hsieh’s mother stated on court, that she will be paying a million dollars first to all three of the victims, she’s working part-time, and can only afford so much, she’s under a ton of pressure, and the three million dollars N.T.s was from her borrowing all around; she said, that the remaining amount, will have to wait until Hsieh gets released from prison, and start work, and that during the time he’s serving his time, “I will save money for him, and, however much I’d saved up for him, I will pay up the costs on his behalf.”

Hsieh’s mother, handed the one million dollar to the wife of the security guard, and held tight to her hands, kept her head lowered, and apologized, thanked the woman for willing to forgive her son, “thank you for giving him a second chance.”

Hsieh who’d hit the people saw his mother apologizing to the wife of the security guard he’d killed, didn’t show any emotions; in the asking of the judge, he’d, stood up, and bowed his head to the wife of the security guard, to show that he was sorry, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to hurt you, I will, use the rest of my life, to pay for what I’d done, to repent”; the wife of the security guard said to him, “I’m willing to forgive you, after your release from prison, do be a good man, and take good care of your mother.”

Based off of understanding, the family members of the security guard’s asking amount wasn’t far from what Hsieh had offered to pay, and the families are all working, and hoped that the trial ends there, to return back to their normal routines, as soon as possible, and giving Hsieh a new lease in life.

Hsieh (age 22) in October of last year, raced on the Nanking E. Road of Taipei, Hsieh lost control of his car, and rammed into the couple, Huangs who were, moving the cardboard boxes, the security guard, Hsieh, a total of three victims, the first trial, the Taipei District Court gave him thirteen years, he’s currently appealing to the higher courts, and Hsieh is currently in police custody.

And so, we have, another case of how a LOSER needed HIS mama, to WIPE his sorry ass, and yeah, this loser is still, very young, only in his TWENTIES but hey, he should’ve foreseen the outcomes of his own behaviors, as that is the “skill” he should’ve, acquired, as he entered into his twenties, or, did the teenage years, get longer here???  And what’s worse was, that this man needed HIS mother, to wipe his sorry ass too!
