Yeah, uh, this is BULLSHIT! I mean, you weren’t supposed to race inside a tunnel, and you’d done that, causing danger to others, as well as yourself, and in the process, you’d, KILLED someone else, and now, you’re, getting away, with a slap on the wrist, because the family of the man you’d MURDERED by your vehicle, agreed to the amount you’re paying them? And because you’d, turned yourself in? That’s just, B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T if you ask me!
