An elderly man, Wu who picked up recycling materials for a living in Toucheng, Yilan, as he was, sawing up the “steel pipe” he’d collected to sell for scrap metal with an electric saw, it’d, exploded, as the family heard the explosion, they went to check, Wu’s head was split open, he’d died instantly; based off of understanding, the “steel pipe” was an unexploded rocket from the military, as for the specific type, it’s still, being, examined by the military.
The seventy-two-year-old elderly man, Wu lives in Toucheng, he’d, picked up the recycling materials and sell them for money, yesterday, he’d picked up a “steel pipe” that the fishers fished out of over a meter in length, 20 centimeters in diameter, about 66 pounds in weight, in the afternoon, he was using an electric saw in his warehouse, taking apart the “steel pipe”, planned to sell the sawed off parts for scrap metal for money, then suddenly, the explosion happened.

The loud bang shook up the windows, alerted the families, as well as the neighbors living close by, they saw the elderly man’s head cracked open, lying in a pool of blood. The families told, that the elderly man was ablaze, after they put out the fire on him, they’d found his skull cracked open, and there was a hole in the warehouse where he worked.
The police and fire department suspected that the elderly had sawed up an unexploded bomb in the oceans, but the pipe had already been blown up, and it would need the confirmations from the military, and the police, to see if it was, an unexploded, military bomb.
So, this, is how dangerous the world is, you NEVER know what you might pick up, and this man thought what he’d, picked up was just, scrap metal, and yet, it’s, an unexploded bomb, discarded, unsafely, by the military…
