A Fifty-Two Year-Old Had Sex with a Twelve-Year-Old, Got Sued

A fifty-two-year-old man, Liu went online, and met a twelve-year-old elementary school age girl, he’d picked her up, took her to a motel, had sex with her five times, and he’d, even gone to her school, to give her a lift, and to pick her up, the teacher found it to be, suspicious, reported it to the parents of the girl, that’s, how this cage of a forty-year difference “relationship” busted; the Taoyuan D.A.’s Offices charged Liu with raping a child of under age fourteen.

Based off of criminal law on the rapes, the sentence goes anywhere from three years to ten, and if the act was done to a child under age fourteen, then, the punishment would be, more severe. Although Liu didn’t go against the young girl’s wishes, but, he had, had sex with her, he’d, been charged with five counts of forcing a child of under fourteen to have sex.

The D.A. and police investigated, that last March, Liu met the young girl online, Liu knew that she was underage, and still asked her to meet out, from April to May of this year, in just two weeks’ period, he’d found the girl to take her to motels, to have sex five times, and the last time after they were done, he’d, taken her to school for class.

The school teachers found that something wasn’t, quite right, notified the father of the girl, and after the family got to understanding what had happened, the girl admitted to have intimate behaviors with Liu, the families got angered, reported the case to the police, and are, suing the man.

Here, the girl looked like the victim, but, is she? I mean, if she didn’t answer to his calls from online, and said YES, then, would this have happened? If she’d not, even gone out to met this stranger, this would’ve, NEVER happened, I’m not saying, what this man did wasn’t right or wrong, I’m just saying, that you need to check both sides of the stories, because it still takes, TWO to TANGO, and only because this, was an underage child, that’s why, the public was, alerted, and both parties had done something wrong, it’s just, that one of the parties was, the ADULT (should know better, etc., etc., etc.) and the other party, an underage child.
