A man, Lin saw a young woman ducking out from the rain under the building, he’d used the fruit knife he carried, held it against her neck, dragged her into the darkened alleys, beaten her up, then, grabbed her breasts, then, raped her, his bad behaviors, were caught, on the surveillance cameras, the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office charged him with forced sexual acts.
Lin (age 36), at midnight, on June 14th, found a good looking woman, ducking the rain all alone close to the Bade District in Taoyuan. He saw how there’s no one else around, and the location isn’t populated, he’d gone up to her, flashed the knife, held the knife against her neck, dragged her by force, into the darkened alleys, beaten her up.
Although the woman tried to fight, Lin used his advantage of stature, pushed the woman down, raped her, then, ran off; the victim was in shock, sustained multiple physical injuries, went to the police with the company of her friends and family, to the hospital, got her injuries documented. The man took in the fruit knife that Lin used, and reviewed over the surveillance, and, arrested him, the courts signed off on the D.A.’s request of having him in custody.
The assessment of the woman’s injuries showed contusions on her pubic area, multiple contusions on her left eyes, scalp, abdomen, and limbs; as the D.A. questioned Lin, he admitted that although the woman did call for help and fought back, but he’d still, raped her.
The D.A. reviewed over the surveillance, found that it’d captured the entire process of how Lin was able to use the knife, and raped the woman, and Lin’s DNA was found inside the woman’s body, as well as her panties, which proved that he had, raped her.
And so, this, is something that happened at random, because the man did NOT plan beforehand, to rape this woman, he merely saw an opportunity, and took it, and now, he got caught!
