He Got Caught, Burglarizing Someone He Lived with, Murdered His Three Elders, Sentenced to Life

The man, Kuo, was accused of getting found out in his attempt to burglarize his relatives’ home, killing his grandmother, great uncle, and great aunt, as he got caught, the Tainan District Court taken into considerations that Kuo showed signs of remorse, charged him with murdering his blood relatives, and robbery, sentenced him to life in prison, and, stripped him of his government post for life, and went for an appeal.

In the trial, Kuo had gotten on his knees, apologized to his own mother and his uncle, Kuo’s mother was so angry she’d asked the courts, “Can I hit him a couple of times, on behalf of them?  Do you know, how much of this rests upon my shoulders?”, toward the judge’s asking about if they feel that the sentence was fitting, Kuo’s uncle stated painstakingly, “I don’t really care, don’t ask me anymore”, Kuo and the family didn’t show up for the sentencing hearing yesterday, Kuo’s family hoped the outside world, “Stop prodding us.”

The 39-year-old Kuo on May 10^th last year went to his great uncle’s home, to steal things and was caught, he’d attacked his great uncle with a hammer until he died.  As Kuo was about to escape, his 76-year-old great aunt walked in, and he’d, murdered her too.  The grandmother who lived next door found and claimed she was going to the police, Kuo then, hammered his own grandmother to death too.

The Collectivist Court stated, that Kuo didn’t have a prior, that he showed remorse, and the victims are related to him, and they’d not pressed further for the charges, and the three victims already died, if Kuo was given a death sentence, it would, hurt the families even more.

The Collectivist Courts believed that there’s a very high chance that Kuo can be, reformed, and taking into considerations the U.N.’s belief, that everybody has a right to life, including those who’d committed, the most awful of crimes, Kuo was sentenced to life in prison, and this can prevent him from killing again.

And so, this, is how this LOSER escaped death, because he showed remorse, after he’d, murdered his next-of-kin, because he was caught, burglarizing his relative’s home, now, where the FUCK is the justice in that, huh?
