The Predator in the Night Markets, Grabbed a Woman’s Ass, Mandated to Pay $80,000N.T.s

The man, Chang was in the midst of a crowd at the night markets, and, he’d, reached out, pinched a woman’s left butt cheeks, and she’d, caught him by the hand, and, took him to the police stations, although Chang had, denied it, but the people around them bore witness to what he’d, done; the judge found Chang guilty of obstruction of laws against sexual harassment, sent him to prison for forty days, and he could pay a fine without serving the times, the victim also filed a case against him in civil court and Chang was mandated to pay her $80,000N.T.s.

The verdict pointed out, that on the evening of May 29^th, 2017, at around eight, he saw that there was a huge crowd in a night market in Tainan, he’d, suddenly, reached his hand, and, pinched the left buttocks of the woman who was, walking in front of him; the woman felt shocked, and, turned around and yelled at him, and, chased after him, grabbed him by the hand, and called the cops, the district attorney prosecuted Chang on sexual harassment.

The first trial of the Tainan District Court found Chang guilty, and sentenced him to forty days in jail, that he could pay a fine and escape the jail time, the victim also filed for the emotional distress claims at the simple court of Tainan, which the courts mandated that Chang needed to pay the woman $80,000N.T., Chang felt it wasn’t fair, appealed.

In the second trial, Chang said, that the woman stated how she saw him pinching her hard on the buttocks in giving a statement to the police, but in the trials, she’d, changed the statement of how she’d, only felt that someone had, pinched her, that she didn’t, see him do it, and, they’d, walked passed two, three stands, before she’d, accused him for it.

But the judge believed, that the victim had turned around, grabbed Chang by the hand, that there wasn’t any chance that she could’ve, gotten the wrong man who’d, done it; and, being sexually harassed, is a very negative experience, they’d not known one another, and, unless there’s, something that’s happened between them, the woman would NOT pursue him in court, to repeatedly, testify on what had happened to her.

Plus there were the local tourists who’d, testified seeing Chang do it, the judge believed that Chang was, lying, and tossed back his appeal.

And so, imagine what this woman must’ve felt, getting groped by this L-O-S-E-R, who couldn’t keep his god DAMN hands to himself, and this is still happening, not just here, but everywhere, there’s a woman, and a man in the “neighborhood”, because none of you, MOTHER FUCKERS can FUCKING keep your god DAMN FUCKING hands to yourselves!
