As they’d, finished, investigating the matter here, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Three-Year-Old Young Girl, Deng in Kaohsiung was Killed by the Tire Pumps, the Chiao-Tou D.A.’s Offices Examined the Footage, the Handle of the Tire Pump, the DNA, They Believed, that the Child was, Able to, Pick it up & Play with it, that She’d, Placed the Tire Pump into Her Mouth, and Caused Her Own, Tragic Death; and Her Father, Kwan, Wasn’t Paying Enough Attention to His Young, and Not Stopped Her from Playing with Something So Dangerous, He Was Charged with Death by Negligence.

The local D.A.’s offices said, there wasn’t any evidence at the scene that showed that Kwan had, placed the tire pumps into his own daughter’s mouth, as for the polygraph, Kwan showed inconsistency of results and invalid answers on the questions of “you put it in”, “What’s in your hand”, and “how many times did you put the tire pump into her mouth”, and so, the D.A. tossed out the results of his polygraph.  Kwan is the child’s father, he knew that his young had limited knowledge of what was dangerous, he’d not stopped his child from playing with the tire pumps, his negligence WAS, the cause of his young child’s death.

The indictment by the D.A stated, that Kwan (age 50) on January 20th of this year, took his daughter, Deng to a self-service carwash at a gas station, the child sat on the passenger side of the front, Kwan used the air gun to clean up the outside of his car, and, entered into the car to clean it up too.  Later Kwan found his daughter’s gaze to be unmoving, that she was, twitching and trembling, he’d, immediately, rushed her to the hospital, but by the time the child entered into the E.R., she was already dead, and, even after emergency resuscitation, she’d still, died.

The D.A. went to the autopsy at the coroner’s office, they’d found, that there was a laceration in the child’s mouth, consistent with the diameter of the air gun, they’d believed, that the high-pressures air went into the child’s mouth, throat, causing emphysema in her mouth, throat, head, neck, chest, and stomach, her organs ruptured, the air bubble caused the blood vessels to get obstructed, she’d died of pulmonary embolism.

Kwan claimed, that her daughter had played with the tire pumps, pressed the button, and, placed the pump into her own, mouth, smiled and told, “it’s cool”, but, a minute later, she’d fallen limp on the seat.

The D.A. took the surveillance footage to the criminal investigations bureau to verify the footages, but because the footages still didn’t get too cleared up, Kwan had, blocked out what exactly was, happening inside the car, it wasn’t clear, if he had, placed the tire pump into the child’s mouth or not.

And so, maybe this man had, or hadn’t, put the tire pump into his own young child’s mouth, but, he was, negligent in that he’d, allowed his own young, to grab a hold of such a dangerous thing, and, it’d, killed her, and he will be, charged, with manslaughter at least!
