The Computer Engineer, Chiu was suspected of altering the commodes in the restrooms, and placed the needlecam inside, to take shots of members of the public going to the toilets, two days ago in the late evenings, the police arrested Chiu, confiscated TWO of the commodes with the needlecams, and found that he’d zoomed in on the toilets of cafés, and super convenience shops to install them in, and that there were, at least, TWENTY victims, after the police interrogated him, they charged him with obstructions of secret.
The police found, that in the super convenience shop in Zhongzhen District of Taipei, the shoppers reported on finding a needlecam inside the commodes, the store clerks checked it out, found that someone had, installed a needle camera, with the batteries, that it’s used for recording long term, they’d immediately notified the police.

As the police filtered through the surveillance camera of the shop and the footages caught from the needlecam, they’d zoomed in on the unmarried 46-year-old computer engineer, Chiu, the police station sent officers to ambush at his hangouts in Yonghe, and two nights ago at around eleven, he was, arrested.
Back then, Chiu had a backpack, with two other remodeled needlecam for the toilets; he’d attempted to escape, but the police officers surrounded him, and within two steps of trying to get away, he’d surrended himself told them, “I will comply!”
The police checked the two plungers, one was just retrieved, with about ten individuals going to the bathrooms, the location was at a café.
Ch8u only admitted to filiming of the footages found by the two plungers the police confiscated, told them it was because he was curious, that was why he’d recently started using the toilets in the super convenience shops and the local cafés to install the cams, but the police suspected that he’d been, filming a long time, they’d charged him with obstruction of secret, and they’re, checking the local areas to see if there are more places.
The locations are all close to the MRT stations, and, the Taipei MRT also checked the toilets inside the stations, but thankfully, they’d not, found any recording equipment; the Taipei MRT stated, that there usually wouldn’t be plungers at the toilets, that there are janitorials, and security officers who would check regularly.

The police said, that when the members of the public are going to the public toilets, they can use the flashlights to check the suspicious places, and, if there’s infared rays coming out, then, there may be needlecams that were, installed.
And so, this just showed, how a peeping tom, is a peeping tom, IS and will forever BE a peeping tom, and even this LOSER gets convicted and SENT prison, after he’s released, he will be more than likely, to RETURN to his bad older ways of secretly filming people going to the TOILETS, and this world becomes, that much MORE dangerous, because of these MOTHER F***ERS (maxed out???)!
