The verdict pointed out, that Huang knew that the college age woman disliked him, that she wasn’t, at all willing, to have sexual intercourse with him, but from 2014 to 2016, he’d, threatened that he’d paid for her family’s debts SEVEN times, forced her into submission, and of the seven times, he’d, threatened her with a pair of scissors too.
The female college student stated, that they were too far apart in age, she’d not like him one bit, and each and every time, she’d, submitted to him, until he’d finally gotten his ways with her, threatening her, forcing her; her eldest brother also testified, that she’d referred to Huang as “uncle”, that he’d never heard her telling him that she liked him, that he’d known of how his sister had an abortion because of getting sexually assaulted by him, and as he’d known about this, he’d gone to report the case with his sister.
The courts investigated, that other than helping to pay the rent, the utilities, Huang also handed the female college student $3,000N.T.s per week, and $6,000N.T.s to her mother. And, because of this, the college student’s mother had even, consoled her to marry Huang, so they can live on without any more worries of the monetary sort, but, the college student turned it down.
In the trials, Huang admitted to having sexual intercourse with the female college student, but claimed that all seven times were consensual, denied having raped her, or that he’d, forced her to, but the judge didn’t believe him.
The judge believed, that Huang is old enough to be the college student’s father, that although “love knows no age differences”, but from the descriptions, the testimonies of the college student and her families, it’d confirmed, that the student had, allowed Huang to rape her, because she feared that her family’s household economics won’t be provided for.
And so because you’d, given this family money, that’s why you believe, you have, the RIGHT to rape??? Yeah, uh, you’ve, got to be SHITTING me, and this is still, a quid-pro-quo, a tit-for-tat, and this still also showed, that you should NEVER take ANY favors from ANYBODY, because, there’s always, that cost that’s too high for you to pay, written in the fine prints of things!
