The Polygraph Results of the Father Whose Daughter Died of the Tire Pump Accident was Inconclusive

Here are, the investigation results from that case, from, how long ago again???  Murder or manslaughter, it didn’t matter, his child still DIED on his watch, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The three-year-old girl who was killed with a tire pump in Kaohsiung, her father was charged with manslaughter, because he couldn’t be clear on the specifics, he’d agreed to a polygraph; Kwan told the press about the results “inconclusive”, and claimed, that it was, an accident again.  The D.A. stated, that they’re not, posting out the results of the man’s polygraph, but they will use it as a guide in their investigations, the case is estimated to close in two more weeks.

Based off of understanding, the police and district attorney’s office assigned Kwan (age 50) to the station for a polygraph, but, on the key questions of if how the young child was holding the air pump in her hands, or if he was the one holding the pump, the polygraph all showed, “inconclusive”, and the police has no way of telling whether or not Kwan was telling the truth or not.

In an interview, Kwan told, that there are a lot of inconsistencies of his answers, and so, the results were, inconclusive, and that the word of how he’d not passed his polygraph, was a lie.  He’d repeatedly stated, that he had, NO motive for murdering his own daughter, that the entire case was purely, an “accident”, “I still can’t get my head around how it’d, happened.”

On January 23rd, Kwan took his three-year-old to a gas station in Zuoying to wash his car, and that was where the “accident” happened, and, the autopsy showed, that the child died of “gas embolism”, that air was pumped into her body, that was what killed her; the police and D.A. found that Kwan had taken the pump twice, close to the young child, and the gas pump tested positive for the child’s D.N.A.  At first, Kwan told that his daughter was picking up the gas pump and playing with it, then, he’d changed his statement to “I can’t recall”, and after the interrogations, he was charged with manslaughter, and the D.A. set his bail for $60,000N.T.s.

Uh, yeah, I still don’t believe it, and, it’s easy to understand why or HOW this father’s polygraph was inconclusive, because even though he may NOT have the intentions of MURDERING his own child, his child had, DIED on his watch, and he and he alone, would be the only one who KNOWS, if he’d, murdered his own child intentionally or not.
