He’d, Murdered His Own Father Over How the Foods aren’t Fresh Enough at a Barbecue, His Families Begged the Judge for Leniency, and He Was Given a Reduced Sentence

A nineteen-year-old man, Huang last year at the Mid-Autumn Festival barbecue because the oysters weren’t fresh, he’d gotten into a verbal altercation with his father, and, shot his father after his father tried to beat him.  He was charged with murder, but the courts believed that he had no intentions of committing murder, and, changed the charges to how he’d, murdered his own next-of-kin by manslaughter charges, that his situation was understandable, sentenced him to four years in prison.  On the possession of the gun, he was given a one-year-ten-months sentence, and mandated to pay a fine of $40,000N.T.s.

The Collectivist Courts discussed, and believed that because Huang was beaten by his own father, he’d acted on the spur of the moment, picked up the gun, and shot his own father’s lower extremities, that he’d not intended to murder his own father.

And the reason why the judge showed leniency was because during the trial, Huang’s uncle and aunt all begged on his behalf, said that the deceased had gotten violent after he got drunk and abused the members of his family; besides, this family tragedy made them lose their younger brother, they don’t want to lose their nephew too, the family begged the judge to give their nephew a chance.

The verdict pointed out, that on the afternoon of Mid-Autumn Festival last year, Huang and his father and his father’s friends were having a barbecue at a local elementary school, when Huang’s father grilled him on how he bought the clams not fresh enough, because they got really loud, it’d, alerted the residents nearby, and they called the police, the father and son left on a bad note.

Huang turned to Ji-An Temple to continue the barbecue cookout with his friends, his father kept cussing at him, and in a moment of anger, he’d picked up the gun stashed in his friend’s seating storage compartment out, and shot his father’s lower body.  His father bled internally in the stomach, and died.

And so, this is what happens, when you get provoked, and, the son was pushed too far by the father, that was why he’d, lost it, and shot his own father, and the judge considered the history of this man’s becoming abusive after he got drunk toward his families, and gave his son a lighter sentence for murdering him, because his aunt and uncle begged the judge.
