Another tragedy, and no, this still, will NOT be the LAST of THAT “dying breed”!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Chihshan Hospital found the one-year-old boy who was rushed in already dead, he’d suffered a fractured skull, and subdural hematoma, as the hospital called up the agencies, the nanny, Hsu admitted, that two evenings ago, because the young boy refused ot follow the orders, that she had, hit him in the face, causing him to fall, and bumped his head.  After the D.A. inquired, they’d, charged Hsu with manslaughter, and set her bail for $100,000N.T.s.  The coroners will be autopsying the body, to clarify the cause of death.

The Social Services Department of Kaohsiung investigated, that the nanny, Hsu just received the certification last October for a homebased nursery, she’d taken care of a child, but only for just one months before her certifications; on the 12th of last month, she’d taken in this young boy, she showed NO bad records.  And because Hsu admitted to beating the young boy, causing his head to hit the floors, she’d broken the laws of child protective act.  The Social Services Department had, revoked her license, she will NEVER again, be qualified to take care of anybody else’s child again for the rest of her life.  And, if the allegations of the abuse were valid, she will then be fined anywhere from $60,000N.T. to $300,000N.T., and get her name on a list that’s, published.

The Social Services Department and the police investigated that because the young boy’s mother worked up north, she’d asked Hsu to look after her young son in the entire daycare programs, as she’d heard the news of her own son’s death, she’d, rushed to the funeral home, she’d, melted down.

The police found, that the nanny (age 32) rushed the young boy to the Chihshan Hospital for emergency resuscitation at around five in the morn yesterday, the hospital found that rigor had set in, that there was, the livor mortis, they’d estimated his time of death as being five years prior to his arrival to the hospital.  The police was called, and the young boy’s body, after the CT scans, showed fractures in his cranium, subdural hematoma, but the examiners couldn’t be sure, that these were, the causes of his death.

Hsu claimed, that a day ago, she took the young child out, and he’d accidentally tripped and fallen, that two evenings ago, the child acted up, and she’d, smacked him across the face, causing him to lose balance, fell forward, and bumped his forehead, she’d not detected anything wrong with him.  Until early yesterday morn, she’d found him foaming at the mouth, his body cold, she’d then, rushed him to the hospitals.

The coroners and police after the autopsy yesterday afternoon, found his eyes, and forehead to have bruises, bruising on his legs, there wasn’t any visible external injuries on his head.  The D.A. believed that Hsu was responsible, but she’d rushed the child to the hospital, that she doesn’t have any flight risk, set her bail at $100,000N.T.s.

And, another child murdered, by his caretaker, because this kid refused to behave himself, and this nanny lost control, and HIT him, causing him to fall and bump his head and then, D-I-E (and you DO see how this is, a series of CHAIN reaction, right???), and now, she’s, charged with manslaughter, because she showed NO intent for murdering this young boy, she’d just, used too much force to HIT him because he was, misbehaving…
