He Bought an Air-Gun at a Survival Game Shop, Lend it to His Younger Brother to Play, the Younger Brother Accidentally Killed Himself When Playing with it

His brother used an AIR-GUN that belonged to him, and SHOT himself to death, by accident!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Jiang from Taoyuan bought an air rifle from a survival shop, and lend it to his younger brother to play with, his twenty-year-old younger brother, accidentally shot himself through the heart and lungs, he’d bled out, and died; after the forensic investigations, the investigators found that this air-rifle IS a lethal weapon, the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office charged Jiang on possession of dangerous weaponry.

Based off of understanding, Jiang (age 27) bought this Indonesian manufactured air-gun at a survival shop selling the model guns, he’d used it primarily to hunt.  In December, he thought that the gun was broken, and lent it to his younger brother to play, without checking to see if the gun can fire off, or if it was, still, loaded, on the early morning of the 24^th of the month, at around two, his younger borther was playing with the gun on the second floor, and accidentally, shot himself, to death.

The police investigated, that the airgun had, fired off without any reasons, the lead bullet had, shot through Jiang’s younger brother’s heart, liver, causing massive internal bleeding, as he was rushed to the hospitals, he’d still, died.  The coroner’s autopsy results showed, that the gunshot wound to the victim’sleft thorax, causing his heart chambers, his lungs to have shots through them, causing bleeding, leading to the shocks, and, ultimately, to death.

The D.A. pointed out, that there were, eight pulleys in the air gun, causing enough power from the air at the release, that it can be used, as a weapon, they’d indicted Jiang on possessions of mass destruction weapons, and illegally owning and possessing of the air gun.

And so, what seemed to be a “toy” (I mean, it’s an AIR gun, right???), was actually, a lethal weapon, and this still just showed, how gun control IS a must, and yet, you really don’t need a permit, a license, or anything like that, to go out, and buy something like this.
