A Pair of Siblings, the Wu’s, at Ages Ten & Seven, were found Dead, in their Birthfather’s residence in Taishan, Hsinbei City, Rigor had set in, they’d been dead for hours; they showed no clear signs of external injuries, but slight ligature markings on their necks, the police suspected that this pair of young siblings were drugged then strangled to death, that their father is a primary suspect, and the police are currently tracking him down.
Based off of understanding, as the young siblings’ mother heard the news, she’d, broken down, Wu (age 40) has lost contact with the family, and nobody knows his whereabouts. The family told, that Wu’s manager quit his job, that he was, under more pressure, and had told his families that he wanted to die, the police are currently, tracking down his whereabouts, and to try to prevent him from taking his own life.
The police investigated, that Wu and his ex-wife, Yang worked in the same electronics company, they were divorced last February, the seven-year-old son lived with him, the ten-year-old daughter lived with the mother, and, family days are on the weekends, the siblings would switch to and from their parents house on the weekends.
Last Friday night, the older sister went to stay with her father, and united with her father and younger brother, she was supposed to be returned to her mother’s house yesterday afternoon, but her mother waited until five in the afternoon, still hadn’t heard from her yet, and so she’d called the father of her children, his cell was turned off, and she’d called up the children’s grandfather to go home to check.
As Wu’s father entered into Wu’s home at around 7:20 last night, he saw no signs of Wu, and he’d walked into the children’s room, saw the young siblings lying flat on the bunkbeds, with the covers pulled up over their heads, and, as he’d lifted off the covers, he’d found that they were, both dead, with rigor.
The police found, that there was no signs of a break-in on the windows and the doors, that it wasn’t caused by anything outside, that the windows and doors weren’t, sealed, and that the water heater wasn’t indoor, with the windows all opened, there wasn’t any carbon monoxide in the property, they’d ruled out carbon monoxide poisoning.
The families told, that Wu was getting on better with his ex-wife, and it seemed like they may be getting back together, the neighbors said they saw Wu out at around two in the afternoon, that he’d looked and acted normal, they couldn’t detect that something wasn’t right with him.
The manager of the Domestic Violence Prevention Center of the Hsinbei Social Services Department, Hsu said, she’d already contacted the police, and confirmed the children’s statuses, and will try to understand the relationships of the parents, and help with the funeral processions.
The locals told, that the Wu’s are normal, that the couple had split up and not had any problems with one another, that they’d not heard of Wu’s being abusive toward his own young, they were very surprised, when they heard the tragedies of the children’s deaths.
And so, this is another case that fell into the cracks, because the family “looked” normal, there wasn’t any signs, or any incidents, that’s why, it’s, harder to detect, and, this time, the children were still the ones, sacrificed.
