Her Younger Brother Was Under the Influences of Illegal Substances When He Murdered Their Mother, She’d Gone to Court, Begged the Judge for Her Brother’s Life

And here, comes the conclusions of the development of that case where the man, CHOPPED his own mother’s head off, off of UDN.com…

The district attorneys charged Liang for murdering his own mother, decapitating her head, then tossing her head out of the twentieth floor residence window, asked the courts for the death penalty, because he had NO humanity in him.  The trial started yesterday in Taoyuan, his older sister stepped onto the witness stand as the family member of the victim, testified that her younger brother’s drug abuse had, damaged his brain cells, made him mistake their mother as the bad guy, and that was why, he’d, murdered her, begged the courts to spare his life.

The indictment pointed out, that Liang (age 33) on October 18 of last year, used a butcher’s knife, a machete, hacked his own mother thirty-seven times.  After he’d, decapitated her, he’d, tossed her head out of the twelfth floor window.  The district attorney found Liang’s mother’s left and right hands chopped of, but when they asked Liang what his motive for murder was, he couldn’t tell them clearly.

Liang’s older sister testified in court that she lived with her mother and her younger brother, that they’d not gotten along, and had had altercations, about a month before her mother was murdered, she’d heard her mother told her that her brother became unemployed, and on the day her brother murdered her mother, he’d called her up, telling her, “it’s fine, so long as you’re okay”, she’d felt weird.

Liang’s sister recalled, that she’d smelled ketamine smokes when she’d returned home to her mothers, and, once in the elevators, her brother told her something odd, “so long as you’re all right”, back then, his pupils were dilated, and told her, “Someone’s trying to break into our house”.

And Liang’s sister spoke as the family of the victim on her younger brother’s behalf, begged the judge not to sentence her younger brother to death.  She’d claimed, that it’s the drugs he was abusing that’s caused him to act this way, damaged his neurons.  That he’d not behaved like a normal person then, she’d guessed, that it was because he was out of it, that he’d mistaken his mother who was out that afternoon as someone who was trying to break and enter into their home, and that was why he’d, attacked her.

She’d also said, that there may not have been any signs, because if there were, then, her mother would’ve, attempted to get away, but there was no signs of struggle, and that in the interactions between her mother and her younger brother, he’d often encouraged her to go out more, to take walks, to get some sun, she’d suspected that something was affecting his emotional state that was why he’d, brutally murdered their mother.

Liang’s friend testified, that when he got drunk, he would get emotional, that there was once he’d beaten up a friend, and that he’d started showing emotional instability starting in his twenties, and said, “he’s just sick, he seemed to have an antisocial personality”, and when things don’t go his way, he would, ruminate on it, and, as the season changed, his moods would become unstable too.

And so, all of their testimonies, still does NOT make up for what this LOSER did to his own mother, he’d, murdered her, in cold blood, and it still wouldn’t matter if he was high on substance, if he wasn’t in his right mind, he had, murdered his own mother, and that, is a fact, and, he deserved a HARSH sentence for brutally, chopping his own mother to death.
