She caught her husband cheating on her, red handed, and yet, she’s, being sued by him and his whore, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Chen who works for a private investigator agency was asked by a female friend to help catch her husband cheating, the two rushed into the residence of Lee and her husband, they’d forcefully taken Lee’s photos without her clothes on, as evidence, but, they were sued for breaking and entering, and obstruction of secret.  The High Subsidiary Courts in Kaohsiung found the evidences to be factual, sentenced Chen to two months, and he could pay a fine, without serving the time, and confiscated the $36,000N.T. his female friend paid him, the woman was also, charged with obstructions of secret, and sentenced to two months, and she can pay a fee and skip the the jail time, case closed.

The verdict pointed out, that a woman in Kaohsiung found her husband and Lee to have set up a love nest together on the eighth floor of a certain building in Kaohsiung to cohabit together, she’d spent $36,000N.T., hired her friend, Chen who works as a private investigator to help investigate the matter; Chen rented a suite in the same building, at ten in the evening on March 23rd of last year, he’d heard sounds coming from Lee’s apartment, he’d immediately called the woman to come over.

Lee and the woman barged into the suite, they took shots of the woman’s husband and Lee naked in bed together.  Based off of understanding, the woman also became so infuriated that she’d demanded Lee sign a check of $600,000N.T. right then and there.

But, the woman’s husband and Lee believed that the way the man and his wife caught them cheating was illegal, they’d sued them for breaking and entering and obstructions of secret; as the D.A. investigated, the woman admitted to forcibly entering into the apartment and taking the photos, and she was found guilty of recording the private parts of the body, sentenced to two months in prison.

In his first trial, Chen pleaded guilty, was sentenced to two months, but, he’d appealed, and claimed that he’d only taken the woman up the stairs, that it was the woman who’d, barged in, he’d not taken any photographs or recording anything, he’d not broken and entered into the properties, nor did he commit the crimes of secretively recording anything, or obstructions of privacy.

In the second trial, the Collectivist Courts believed, that Chen knew that the woman needed hard evidence of her husband’s infidelity, he could well predict that the woman would barge into the apartment illegally, to record the footages, and still used the door card to help her enter, he was classified as her accomplice, and tossed back his appeal; and, the $36,000N.T. Chen was paid by the woman was illegally earned by him, so the money was, confiscated by the government.

And, how’s this justice, the man was cheating on his own wife, and got caught red-handed, but because the wife didn’t go to the police to report her husband cheating, nor did she have an attorney with her, only a private investigator, she was charged with breaking and entering, and obstruction of secret, that’s not fair, because what of the loser who was, cheating on her, huh?  Does he NOT deserve to get punished for cheating on his own wife???
